Everyone we've encountered has been so kind to our 1.5-year-old, which helps him feel completely at ease during visits. They genuinely interact with the kids and make the experience positive from start to finish. I recently had to call on a weekend and was connected with a nurse who was incredibly helpful and thorough in answering my questions. That kind of care really stands out. We see Dr. Diane Landram, and she is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to listen, offers helpful and up-to-date information, and never makes you feel rushed or dismissed. My daughter hurt her wrist enough to need a splint. Her insurance unfortunately all of a sudden required a referral for an orthopedic. I called Arundel Peds to get them to fax one. They wouldn't because she was considered "a new patient" because she hadn't been in a few years. My daughter was in a lot of pain, and really didn't need to be poked at. They wouldn't fax a referral even though I explained to she was in no condition to be seen. The receptionist have/had no bedside manner! When we took her they insisted she get shots in both arms (including the sore arm) really??? (Her dad took her or id off insisted to wait) Then when she saw the doctor we were told that a well visit was not even needed. So put my kid through more unnecessary misery instead of faxing a referral. We will be changing insurances and going elsewhere!

My daughter has been a patient since 2009. They came to the hospital when she was first born and were very knowledgeable about the process! My daughter was a patient of Dr. Jobes, who left this practice! We simply adored her and were sad that she was leaving! However, we had to choose another primary in the office and were pleased to with all of the options present! All of the docs and nurses are very knowledgeable and are very good with children and babies! My daughter is not afraid at all to come to the office for a visit! Even for shots, they are quick and get em done! We totally adored the young lady Vanessa who assisted in our daughter's appointments prior to her turning 3! She cared very much for our little one which made it very easy to come back and feel good about the practice! When my Primary Care Physician left…read morethis practice, I decided to connect with Dr Yewande Olasimbo and am soo happy that I did choose her, out of all the Dr's at that location. Dr Yewande Olasimbo has a very attentive bedside manner and is very personable. She also goes by Dr Wendy for short. Yesterday I came in for my annual wellness blood work. I am also on Medicaire which does not pay for any Preventative lab work. Dr Wendy went above and beyond to find which lab work that Medicaire will cover without a cost to me. I mean she researched my prior lab chart, made phone calls to the head medical provider to make sure there would be no cost to me. Now last year I saw a different Physician for the same annual wellness lab work. I also told that physician I had Medicaire; in which she told me all would be covered. To my surprise Medicaire did not cover any cost; inwhich I was billed $893 that I had to pay out of pocket. I was sooo upset! Dr Yewende Olasimbo gave me the confidence and reassurance that she is not just about her job, but has a genuine interest in her patients (which I find rare in most Dr's I have encountered. Dr Yewende (Wendy), you are the best! I am sooo glad I choose you as my Primary Care Physician. Continue to shine with your expertise and wonderful personality.

Great location, easy access to appointments and can handle a variety of things including physicals, vaccines, blood draws, referrals, prescriptions, etc. which makes it so much easier. Love having everything under one roof. A great alternative to larger medical practices and struggling to get appointments. Our previous pediatrician had known both of our kids since they were born and had been with us through many a daycare illness and then some. But for personal reasons we had to switch and after looking into several area practices and getting feedback from neighbors we settled on this practice. We're so glad we did. We've met with different doctors and they've all been great, very friendly and thorough. The nurses are also very kind. Getting a sick appointment or a timely non-sick appointment haven't been problems at all. Most importantly - appointments start on time and we've never waited more than a few minutes past our scheduled appointment. Doctors are very responsive through the portal if you have questions, and they have a nurse available if you need to call in with a question who will get back to you within a couple of hours. Their weekend visit options are also good. You will talk with the doctor first and determine if a visit is necessary and, if it is, you will see the doctor on all for the weekend in the office. They have an answering service for overnight emergencies but that pediatric nursing service will speak to the on-call doctor and make sure you have a clear plan. In all, it's been a great change for us and I'm so happy we found them.

By this time, the only thing that had been done for my daughter was her weight and height. I waited until 9 and decided to leave. I just didn't feel like this was the right practice for my family. While conducting research for a primary care physician, a few things were very important to me; professionalism, knowledge and experience are key, and Dr Donkor certainly possesses all of these, but equally important... he takes his time with his patients so they're comfortable, he explains everything to me as their parent so I never leave confused with questions or concerns. He is extremely thorough and I'm always confident in his work. His assistants are friendly and have been there for as long as I can remember. English is my only language and I can understand Dr Donkor perfectly. I really couldn't be any happier with my children's PCP, Dr Donkor.
