This is a good little spot. Very clean. Fast internet. Check in was quick and the price was right. I'll stay here next time I'm in town!

We arrived late at night after a long drive down from Santa Fe, the front desk girl was really…read morenice, seemed to be in a cheerful mood, and made check in go by smoothly. We settled into the room just fine, it was spacious and seemed pretty clean. Aside from the window curtains needing a wash, I didn't really see anything that stood out to me as being that dirty. I checked the beds and they were both fine. The pillows could be a bit better, they were pretty flat and didn't offer much support. The "pull out" sofa sucked, it was quite hard and it was confusing trying to figure out how it folded out as it isn't your typical fold out sleeping sofa. You had to take all of the cushions and pillows off then grab two little handle things to flip the top half of the sofa onto the ground to open up the "bed" which is basically just a support box like you would put under a mattress. I also wish they had a slightly bigger trash can in the room, we have booked a suite for two nights with six guests in it and there was only one small can in the kitchenette and one small can in the bathroom. Breakfast was as you'd expect at a hotel. There wasn't a ton of seating so we ended up taking it back to our room.

He even called to ensure we were ok afterwards. Great guy. A bit older but decent w a small kitchen. Lamps and furniture were updated. Electrical and plumbing fixtures were older. Bathroom was a bit older but not ancient. Breakfast was ok as well. Waffle machine; juice machine; 2 hot dishes; cereal bar; Not the biggest spread but ok. Facility is ok, staff was great

The night clerk Devon was great! He was very helpful and got us checked in and suggested some…read morethings to do in the area. Once we got into our room is where things started going downhill. The air conditioner barely worked. The refrigerator was plugged in and set to cold but it was not cooling and smelled horrible like rotten food. There was hair that I had to clean out of the shower before we used it. In the morning, my husband and I went to the front desk separately. I went down first with my daughter and inquired about the breakfast. The two girls at the front seemed bothered that I interrupted their morning and didn't offer much information about breakfast other than it was self serve. We had no idea who or where to pay for it. After my husband was done loading our luggage he came in and also approached the same girls at the front desk and was treated just as rudely. They did not want to be bothered or have their conversation interrupted. Again, no info on how or where to pay for breakfast. Most issues could be overlooked, but being treated like we are bothering people by simply being there was not okay.

Do not stay at this hotel if you want to be treated like a kind, paid customer. While the employees…read moreof this hotel were all very friendly and extremely accommodating to my travel companion in a wheelchair, the general manager of this hotel- Consuela- was as rude, unkind, and unaccommodating as could be. She barged into a room where a man was in a wheelchair and undressed, demanding he leave immediately because he was in the room 17 minutes past check out. She kept telling me she was going to call the police- which would have been a hilarious phone call- what could she say, "A man in a wheelchair is having a hard time checking out on time!" My companion had a fall this morning which required three hotel workers to assist in helping him back to the chair, which they kindly did. Perhaps this general manager, Consuela, could have been a little bit more empathetic given the situation as opposed to threatening to charge me for an extra night, which she still might do given that she told me I was horrible at my job being an assistant to my companion. I do not write reviews unless someone truly deserves one. This woman deserves to experience the consequences of making a handicapped person feel helpless and undermined.
