    Clean and nice products.

Has all the basics, direct TV, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioning, heat, tub, comfy bed, washer and dryer on premises. No coffee maker in the room, but there is coffee in the lobby with a grab and go continental breakfast. All this and it's not expensive.

German Roaches. When I showered, behind the mini fridge & this little baby roach in my bed.

I was in room 53, which was right next to an alley that apparently also services as a road. It was constantly busy. And I was awoken to a helicopter landing literally right outside my door. It was kind of a shocking way to wake up. But for me it was the roaches. The staff was super friendly & the motel itself is cute. Will not return though.

ROACHES To start off we checked in and it was easy, parking was easy as well. The location is also very convenient close to everything, and on first glance the room was nice and clean also cozy, however we ran into the issue of finding a big roach in our bathroom. After we brought it up to management and tried to seek a refund they would only offer 20% back which we feel was undervaluing the situation. Overall we will not be back and if you are to stay here make sure to double check your belongings for any stowaways. Edit: I originally said they were only gonna give us 15% back that was a miscommunication on my end however they responded to that very unprofessionally and y'all can see that. Happy holidays!

This nicely updated old school motel is the perfect place to stay on your trip to Roswell. Complete with quirky alien signs and green lights. The room was super clean and had everything we needed. It is nice that you park right outside your door. I normally open my Hilton app and find a place, glad I used Yelp for this one.

While staying in Roswell, my husband, our little girl dog and I decided to stay at Roswell Inn (which used to be a Budget Inn) that is located next door to Los Cerritos (which has some really good food by the way) and two doors down from a Best Western. We checked in on a Thursday evening and were greeted by an employee behind the plexiglass. He gave us our keys and told us what was the best way to drive over to our room. Shortly after when we checked in, the room smelled like cigarette smoke that was lingering from a previous stay. I definitely did not like that smell and so I called the front desk and another employee had answered the phone and told me she can move me to another room and that I could come back to the front office to get my new keys. So, when I came back in, I had no problem with the new room and key exchange. So, with our new room (which smelled much better) that was nice and clean, we enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. We were in a king size bedroom that had a mini fridge and microwave. I like that with each room here, there is a parking spot right out front, which makes it easy to load and unload luggage. The WiFi was fast for the most part (could possibly be due to not too many people staying at the hotel during our stay). This hotel has one washer and one dryer on site in case you wish to do your laundry, like we did. It cost $2 per washer and per dryer. There is a coin change machine and also a vending machine that sells laundry detergent and dryer sheets in case you don't have any on hand (I typically travel with powdered detergent since my husband and I like to wash our laundry when we travel and pack less clothes). Our stay overall was good and would stay here again if I was staying in Roswell.

What a nice stay!! Definitely not fancy but it was very clean and very comfortable. Perfect for a stop over on a road trip. Parking right outside your door made it easy to bring the suitcases in! Would definitely stay again

Not only was this the cheapest place in the area (even with pets), but it truly was nice inside! We booked one king-size last week for $56 a room, plus $10 per pet. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was super friendly giving us a warm welcome. Check-in was smooth and took less than 5 minutes. One of my favorite features of a motel is being able to park our vehicle right next to our room. It makes loading/unloading extremely easy and puts me in peace of mind for the security of my vehicle. The area is safe in general, she said it's very rare that any crime occurs around here. There was a grassy area right across our room by the Mexican restaurant for the dogs to do their business. The bed was very comfortable and the TV worked fine with no issues. The little aliens and greenlights add to the fun Roswell theme too. It was quiet, no rooms upstairs to bother us and we didn't hear or see any neighbors which was nice. Highly recommend this place!

We settled into the room just fine, it was spacious and seemed pretty clean. Aside from the window curtains needing a wash, I didn't really see anything that stood out to me as being that dirty. I checked the beds and they were both fine. The pillows could be a bit better, they were pretty flat and didn't offer much support. The "pull out" sofa sucked, it was quite hard and it was confusing trying to figure out how it folded out as it isn't your typical fold out sleeping sofa. You had to take all of the cushions and pillows off then grab two little handle things to flip the top half of the sofa onto the ground to open up the "bed" which is basically just a support box like you would put under a mattress. I also wish they had a slightly bigger trash can in the room, we have booked a suite for two nights with six guests in it and there was only one small can in the kitchenette and one small can in the bathroom. Breakfast was as you'd expect at a hotel. There wasn't a ton of seating so we ended up taking it back to our room.

This place redefines the term "hidden gem"--hidden under layers of grime and questionable decision-making. Let's start with the lobby. Nothing says "welcome" quite like stepping over a vagabond rummaging through the trash cans. At least they seemed friendly--probably better customer service than the actual staff. Oh, and the smokers' convention happening directly outside the entrance? Fabulous touch. Nothing gets you in the mood for a relaxing getaway like walking through a nicotine cloud thicker than morning fog. The room! Ah, the room. The atrociously stained carpets are clearly the hotel's crown jewel. It's like an abstract art installation that screams, "Guess what this stain is!" I tried not to look too closely--it's for the best. (See photo) Then there were the pillows. Or should I say pillow halves? Yes, you read that correctly. They've somehow managed to engineer a pillow that is both hilariously small and utterly useless. Perfect for guests who sleep on their elbows, I suppose. The bathroom light deserves its own award. It flickers on with the same unhinged energy as a strobe in a horror movie. Truly an experience--because who doesn't love feeling like they're about to be interrogated in an asylum at 2 a.m.? Not to mention the fly that was dead in the light itself. (See photo) Annnnd, how could I forget the cherry on top of this already magnificent stay? The unexpected live theater production right outside our door, courtesy of displaced neighbors embroiled in a verbal showdown. While my heart truly goes out to those affected by the flooding (their circumstances are tragic and undeserved), I could've done without the front-row seat to a shouting match that rivaled a daytime talk show. But hey, at least the acoustics in this fine establishment allowed us to hear every word with perfect clarity. Truly an immersive In conclusion, if you're looking for a hotel that makes you question every life decision you've ever made, this is the place for you. Five stars--oh wait, sorry, that's probably just the ceiling mold pattern

There was trash and construction debris everywhere, and we often had to walk under the scaffolding platforms to get in and out of the property. She barged into a room where a man was in a wheelchair and undressed, demanding he leave immediately because he was in the room 17 minutes past check out. She kept telling me she was going to call the police- which would have been a hilarious phone call- what could she say, "A man in a wheelchair is having a hard time checking out on time!" My companion had a fall this morning which required three hotel workers to assist in helping him back to the chair, which they kindly did. Perhaps this general manager, Consuela, could have been a little bit more empathetic given the situation as opposed to threatening to charge me for an extra night, which she still might do given that she told me I was horrible at my job being an assistant to my companion.
