TC however has driven the company into a shadow of its once great self. Gone are the techs who are knowledgeable or caring, they have been moved to spots under control of those who have no clue. TC has turned the company into a litigent "gotcha" where they use cleverly worded contracts to get out of services hand shaken and verbally agreed upon. Thier own staff have said its not the company to use in the area anymore and I cant disagree.

Based on that experience, I would advise anyone against doing business with these people as I believe they are a dishonest and predatory company. I will update my honest opinion written here if Hoosier Crane does anything to solve this issue. UPDATE: I was going to remove this review, but then I was sent an EXTREMELY rude and childish email by Hoosier Crane in response to my request to have the charges reviewed. I was then contacted by the BBB, who stated that Hoosier Crane claimed I was not a customer of theirs and posted a false review. I have multiple forms of proof that they are lying about this, not the least of which are two documents on Hoosier Crane letterhead regarding my transaction with them. I am currently in the process of proving to the BBB that Hoosier Crane is lying to them in an attempt to escape the consequences of their actions against me. So, if my initial review was merely an opinion, I can now factually state that Hoosier Crane is a deceptive and dishonest company based on my personal experience. Besides that, one of the top officials in the company behaved like an angry toddler when respectfully asked to review charges that I felt were unfair. Anyone reading this review should draw their own conclusions and form their own opinions about this company, and note that I can only provide information about my personal interaction with them. However, based on that personal experience, I would never do business with Hoosier Crane again in any capacity.

Wendy was very nice and super helpful on the phone. Super Fair tow bill price especially in an emergency situation like this. Zach the driver was quick and really cool. He even dropped me off at work!
