Nothing like trying to find help with a job that's pretty much booked up for a number of days already and not taking on any new clients. One of the places I was told to try and see if they could help said no but they knew someone who probably could! I called the number a spoke with the nicest man. He said that he would be able to help me out. I have been treated so well by them and the work is done and done right and in a very timely way. I also have learned that they offer a number of other services as well. I would absolutely recommend TJ to help you out with things you might be interested in getting done or just some ideas of ways that they can help you get your job done ! I was worried that he was so far away from me here in the Kalamazoo area but it's not a problem at all. He has people who work for him as well as TJ himself in and around the Kalamazoo area with no problem at all. So yes, I would most definitely recommend TJ'S Customer Outdoor Services.

I expected to leave a message. The owner answered the call and let me know it was still under warranty. Their 5 year warranty follows the house and not the original purchaser. He was willing to come out immediately. While I was on the phone it was discovered that a mouse had made damage in my electric box. I didn't need him to come out as I was able to fix it myself. Obviously the warranty would not have applied to mouse destruction. I was very grateful that he took my late night call and was willing to come out with assurances my well was still under warranty. Fast forward 2 years my mother's house had no water Sunday of Labor day weekend. Again, they answered the phone and came right out. I needed a new pump and bladder tank. They quoted a price. So far, Aaron's Plumbing has been a great add to my list of plumbers to use in the future. They…read morerecently came out to my house to give me an estimate on the plumbing that was required for my main pipe from the second floor all the way down to the basement. It's a heavy iron pipe that was put in in 1918, when my house was built, it has a hairline crack in it. It will be costly to get this one replaced with PVC piping. They took the time to discuss it with me, wrote me out an estimate at the time they were here, so I have something to refer to, we're in the ballpark, figures quoted by others and we're also thorough on explaining the costs, and what to expect. Since this is just a preliminary estimate, I am not going to hold them to anything as we all know those change once you get into the big jobs, but I am sure they know what they're doing as I feel comfortable with that. They are licensed, bonded, and insured, which is a highpoint for me. Their reviews are good from past customers. Aarons plumbing representative said showed up today were courteous, on time and respectful of my requests while I was describing the desires of my future project. Good answers if I ask questions. Thank you, Aarons plumbing. More later...
