I had no idea where the tank was located and was dreading the whole process. With their sophisticated camera equipment they quickly located the tank, and within minutes had it opened up. After pumping and inspecting the system they gave it a clean bill of health. Now the tank has a riser so that it's easily accessible for the future. I could not be happier with my experience and highly recommend the company.

You might be tempted to use a business like this for better service than a big box retailer. I'm…read morenot sure that you'll get it. They use a text message tool to communicate with customers. But if you run into issues from the lack of context in texting the staff doing the texting may get fatigued and simply stop responding and refuse to take responsibility for their communication by giving you a first name. When you call directly to the office, the staff might refer you to a manager but the manager might be too busy to call you back and discuss your issue. When the service manager does call you back, you might be reminded of your responsibility to immediately report any quality issues with the repair, but get little recognition that repairs are sometimes done incorrectly. And in case you thought they like to use texting, be told it's really better for you to pick up the phone and call them. Not that the staff will be trained to proactively call you if texting goes sideways. If your dishwasher door won't open flat for loading after being disassembled, would you think that's a sign the repair was done incorrectly? I did. But Camden can't say if that would be the case. Anything could have happened.

I expected to leave a message. The owner answered the call and let me know it was still under warranty. Their 5 year warranty follows the house and not the original purchaser. He was willing to come out immediately. While I was on the phone it was discovered that a mouse had made damage in my electric box. I didn't need him to come out as I was able to fix it myself. Obviously the warranty would not have applied to mouse destruction. I was very grateful that he took my late night call and was willing to come out with assurances my well was still under warranty. Fast forward 2 years my mother's house had no water Sunday of Labor day weekend. Again, they answered the phone and came right out. I needed a new pump and bladder tank. They quoted a price. Quality, detail, responsiveness, professionalism - 5 stars! Plus, they're a friendly, family owned and operated local business. I was a little hesitant because there weren't more than a half dozen reviews on them, but after seeing their work, I can tell they get all their jobs from personal referrals and have no need of external advertisement! That being said, I HIGHLY recommend them for any cleaning projects you need done. Paul Gettig (owner) even told me about the products he uses and recommends to help keep my place clean. I was incredibly impressed with how well they handled my hard water stains (well water) as I've tried every product anyone has recommended and even hired other cleaners.
