I met with Jim and he was so easy to work with and he and his crew did an absolutely amazing job! He took the necessary measurements and figured out what materials he would need to complete the job. He got back to me really quickly and said what his estimate would be. I sent it off to the insurance company and they agreed to pay for it. So within a very short time he came to the house with his crew and totally took down and put up the new retaining wall with his crew. The new retaining wall looks absolutely amazing and is everything that I wanted it to be and more than I could have imagined! With his experience and ideas it all came together perfectly! The clean up was very thorough and completely done as he said it would be as well ! They were very easy to work with and was totally ready to help and answer any questions that I had. They are extremely knowledgeable and have a very good understanding of what is needed to complete the job you might have. I highly recommend J&M Outdoor Services for any outdoor work you might be wanting to get done from storm damage or completing a new idea and project for your own home. I am very impressed with the service I received from Roof Pro's!…read more Salesman Manny coordinated with my work schedule and came out and did a thorough roof inspection. My original plan was to just get certain areas on the roof replaced because of some leaking issues I had. However, because I also had some hail damage, he also quoted a full roof replacement--advising me that many times this is covered by homeowners insurance. Manny coordinated his schedule to meet me on the day the insurance field adjuster came out. A little later, I came to their showroom to pick out the shingle type/color, gutters, and gutter shields as well as to setup a payment plan. Their prices were very reasonable. The roof, gutters, and gutter shields were all professionally installed. The installers also did a great job covering bushes and other items around the house before the work was done, and cleaning up the yard afterwards! I am very happy with the appearance of the house now and, of course, glad that I don't have any more leaks in the kitchen! I am also very satisfied with the work that was done and especially the service I received from Manny and Leo (owner). They are knowledgeable, experienced, and care enough about their customers to go the "extra mile"! I highly recommend them! They truly are "roof pro's"!!

I moved forward and replaced the entire roof later that month. Honesty, hard work and integrity, you have my business! Thank you Leo. Thank you Roof Pros. I will recommend your business without hesitation.

Brandon told us he would come over to spray paint the layout before pouring and that didn't happen. It was difficult to get in touch with Brandon to talk to him about the layout, as he started digging up while we were at work and didn't respond to our calls or messages. Thankfully, we were able to get the layout modified before the concrete was poured. Once the concrete was poured, we heard nothing from him for 10 days. When we finally did hear from him, Brandon said he'd bring topsoil over for the edging and never did. There was splattered concrete all over our screen door that was never rinsed off. Less than 30 days after our concrete was poured we noticed a wire tire starting to poke through. Brandon came over on 6/19/25 to look at it and said he would have to put a patch on that spot and he couldn't get to it for a month. He since has ignored all attempts to contact him and find out when he is going to patch the area. Very unprofessional to promise a customer in writing that you'll repair your damaged product and then ignore them.
