I went in and shared what I thought was the issue on 2 occasions a week apart. Each time, they correctly and quickly identified the issue. Anthony was very stand up about the work that needed to be done and didn't just tell me, he invited me back into the shop to show and explain the issues. All told, I had my alternator, struts, sway bar links and tires replaced quickly and without issue. Additionally, for those worried about estimates they might give, they may say estimate, but that ended up being what I paid both times. There wasn't additional cost and there very clear about being greenlit before doing any work. And on top of it all, Anthony offered me a ride back home while the work was being done and then picked me up upon completion. To take the time to do something they had no obligation to do was amazingly considerate. Go to Mongo's for you car needs, they do it better than anyone!

But even worse, when the guy I hired to tow my car away arrived, MV Auto Care charged me an additional $50 to drag the car 30 feet from their lot to the driveway, so my guy could tow it from there. How ridiculous, petty and sketchy as a business practice. They looked for every opportunity to rip me off. I hope my bad experience convinces at least a few people NOT to do business with this place.

After seeing countless great reviews about Jim's and factoring in that it was relatively close to me, I selected them to do the repair and I was super glad that I did. The countless 5star reviews were very well deserved as they could not have been better to work with and did an amazing job getting my car back to 'good as new'. They went above and beyond by not only doing an amazing job on the repairs, but keeping me in the loop every step of the way. They even went as far as to advocate for me in convincing the insurance company that the junkyard parts they wanted him to use were not good enough and got them to approve new ones instead. That is what I call customer service! Even if you are not local, these guys are the real deal and worth going g out of your way to use them. I sincerely hope I do not need a body shop anytime soon, but, if I do, this is surely where I am going! Thank you Jim's for taking such good care of me and my vehicle!!!! This place was a mess. So bad that I went there probably a month ago and I just now remembered that…read moreI never left a bad review, which I never do. Went there for a simple oil change, which I normally do my self but I was in a crunch. I dropped it off, left for an hour and a half, came back, waited another hour and a half. Finally asked about my car and noticed it hadn't even been moved into the garage. They finally move it into the garage, I wait 30 mins, where I'm then called to take a look at my drain plug, which they were saying they were having a hard time getting off. They completely destroyed my drain plug and proceeded to make it seem like it was like that, which I know it wasn't because I change my oil so I know what it looked like. I end up telling them forget it and give me my car back. Later that night I go to start the car and my RPM gauge is all over the place. They left my mf engine oil cover unscrewed so there was a vacuum leak and oil splattered all over my engine bay. Bunch of clowns. I'd rather let my car blow up then go back there
