Easy access to get to the office and they are right off the elevator. Nice lobby and was greeted upon entry and given the normal new patient routine. Got called back before finishing things on the iPad and got to finish while talking about what was going on. Petra (so sorry about spelling) was such a sweetheart. And the dentist was a delight too. I already forgot his name. Tisk tisk. Anyhoo the exam went fine and I appreciate that he gave recommendations for next steps as I wouldn't be returning to this office for the repair. I was pleased with the level of service and ease of making and appointment.

They are the nicest group of people I have ever encountered. They use the latest technology that includes all of them wearing ear pieces so that everyone is aware of what is happening at every point of the patient visits. I am one of those people who has a horrible gag reflex when getting bite wing X-rays and I also have a pretty thick tori which gives rise to my need for their latest technically. I met my husband and he told me about Dr.Moller my husband shared he was gentle awesome dentist. I was still scared but I had a lot of dental work done I needed my whole mouth had issues. I stared seeing Dr. Moller a year and half now my mouth is all better and I can't say enough how kind and awesome Dr Moller and his staff has done for me. I called Dr. Moller today I saw him a week ago we were finally done last tooth to be fixed was so excited Dr Moller assured me I'm was in great shape. well Sunday evening I ended up loosing that tooth I was very scared. I called Moller I was in the office straight away and fixed 2 hours later. After completing paperwork, I sat in the waiting room until 8:35 before being called back. I was there for a toothache only. It took 5 min+ just to get my name in the computer for an X-ray. After the X-ray it took another 5 min+ to have a dentist look at it and tell me I needed to be referred to an oral surgeon ( thank goodness!!!!). Once I learned who they refer patients to, I asked to be referred to another surgeon I am familiar with. I called Downtown Dentist after my appoint was done, 1 hour for 1 X-ray, and provided them with the surgeon's information. After hearing nothing for 2 days, I called the oral surgery center. They had not received the referral!! The people at this dental office were nice but the place is a train wreck. If you want a place that cares about your care and time, this is not the place for you. I will not go back since they blew it from start to finish.

He's the doc, so I presumed the plates were correct based on his word. Thing is, there's a lot wrong. My implants sit 3 mm higher on one side, which punched a hole in a tooth on the upper plate within a few weeks. I've never had sinus problems, but I can't breathe through my nose ever since my teeth were all removed in one visit. My TMJ is much worse. They were difficult extractions because every one of my teeth shattered. The lab was amazing with the first set of permanents. Perfect fit, color, shape and length. My two fittings went well, but something happened and Dr C had to switch labs. One of these labs lost or broke the upper plate, and after months of "final" approvals, the set that arrived was completely different. The front teeth were missing 4-5 mm of length, and the teeth were ground flat and straight across. Neither the gum color nor the tooth color of top and bottom matched. Very noticeably mismatched. Because of the crooked implants, the lower also sits crooked and that looks and feels wrong. Dr C dismissed me when I asked repeatedly for them to be fixed. He told me I would look stupid, and it didn't matter. I have severe body dysmorphia, so it's a problem that my face looks different. I really should have been warned. I don't see *me* in the mirror. My two fittings became more like ten, and when I was dissatisfied, they gaslit me and sent me on my way...multiple times. Then they wondered why I didn't want to come back in. Conversely, Hubz loves them and continues as a patient. The office is very comfortable, and I'm not afraid of dentists anymore. I just really hate that somewhere along the line, a mistake was made and Dr C's office (who should have noticed) wasn't honest to me.

After checking out reviews of many and checking availability for a cleaning, Blue Springs topped my list. They accepted my insurance, were near my house, had good reviews, and had availability much sooner than 2-3 months out like most places. My appointment could not have gone any better. I also appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me additional services like most others. I'll be sending my daughter there this summer when she is home from college. Blue Springs is definitely worth giving them a shot at your business based on my experience.

I decided I want to straighten them again with a clear insert aligner instead of traditional braces. Every other orthodontist offers a consult at no charge to discuss costs, time frame, etc. These people want $200 up front to "scan" my teeth (normally done at beginning of treatment) to "see -IF- I qualify to use the device". So if you don't "qualify", you are out $200. Not liking this practice model.

I also I had an implant procedure that didn't go well -- the implant post fell out of my mouth after a 1 1/2-hour bone graft procedure to put it in. While I was patient with this situation, they don't extend the same flexibility and courtesy to their patients.
