Like a childhood nightmare. They took my teeth and went out of business. No tooth fairy here! I just paid Aspen Dental $10,000 for a bottom arch after I paid Renew $19,500 for upper and lower arches. Renew's surgical work was Sub-standard and left me with no resources. I cannot eat solid food. Also- the surgeon was mad that I said something rude to 'his' office staff so he pulled off his mask (during Covid) while I was sitting in a dental chair with armrests, he yelled at me- I could feel his breath. If I could do it all over again I would not have gone here! They wanted all of the money up front and now don't even care to finish the job. It's been almost a year and I still have not seen any implants. They have canceled my second surgery 3 times . All they have accomplished is pulling out my teeth and putting the bottom posts in. I have a 38 year old Autistic son. Because of all the medications he needed to take, it destroyed his teeth. We were finally able to beg, borrow and steal thousands of dollars to have my son have his beautiful smile back. I had dentures and implants put in by this company ever since I've had them. I had an implant fail. Have to keep replacing caps at least twice a year. i've had my teeth crack, dozens of times even had the top teeth replaced and now they are cracked again after they said they wouldn't Keep cracking and they said they would call me about doing a reline to build up the area that has no implant and have received no calls now that they have switched hands They are not honoring the lifetime warranty They guarantee after all this time now I have to pay out-of-pocket to have my teeth fixed. read more

Do NOT go to this Colorado Springs location for your dentures or implants - it was the worst experience we have ever had with a company. My husband was yelled and sworn at while he was being given shots in his mouth and was treated rudely several times when on the phone or in person attempting to set up follow-up visits during the very long process of getting his dentures and implants. Making an appointment for aftercare is impossible. We have tried to call multiple times and have left messages - no one returns the call OR it is an automated message that texts you and says they will call 'in ten minutes' but no one calls. These people should be turned in to the Better Business Bureau. I do want to clarify that this is ONLY for the Colorado Springs location. We are currently working with another location to see if they are able to honor the warranty and provide my husband with some post-surgery service (i.e. replacement of his posts.) Don't do it. Everything on the commercials & what you are told at your consult is NOT true. My dentures never fit right & the dentist just kept pushing harder & harder trying to make it snap. Refused to see me as a patient saying I was to fat. I know people much larger than myself who have had the same things I need done. I have other dentist who have no problem treating me. I was dupped. I cannot bite into a steak, i cannot bite into anything. Dr.Zimmerman did not show the day of the procedure so the tech extracted my teeth. The stitches were poorly done. Everyone saw blood was dripping out of my mouth and they let me go anyway. I ended up at the emergency room. 6,000 dollars no insurance. I was choking on the blood, there was no number to call in case of an emergency. My next appointment i complained in a loud voice about the denist not being there. He came into the room and acted amazed i would stay such a thing. He blamed it on the sedation for my memory loss. I repeated every conversation that was going on during the procedure. Renew is CRAZY expensive. They want to remove both top and bottom teeth. They don't except insurance nor are they a dentist for follow up care. These procedures are upwards of $18,000. I don't find that affordable. If you want this done check with your dentist first. There are other more affordable insurable a Options. read more

I had my implants done by Dr. Zimmerman as well. I did not get to see him prior to or post surgery. My implants were not placed according to what was shown to me prior to surgery. But challenging Dr. Zimmerman for an answer was frowned upon. He messed up so many people. But the powers in charge at Renew still have not learned their lesson first time around. It takes a specialist to perform these surgeries. And they hired another regular dentist to do the job. No complaints about the staff; I was very happy with the staff. But don't get your implants done here. Save your hard earned dollars a little longer and see a professional. May I suggest Dr. Renehan in CS. He is the one who is stuck, correcting Dr. Zimmerman's screwups .... and there are many. The pain and suffering I and many fellow patients had to go through and will have to go through for the rest of our lives is incomprehensible.
