ReSettled Life to the rescue! I decided to go with the auction and clean-out option. Anne, Tracy, and Jenni were my contacts and they were great. All I had to do was remove the valuables that I wanted to keep and they did the rest. They worked quickly and carefully and I did not even have to be there while they worked. In less than a week, they set up an online auction for all my parent's good stuff and sorted the garbage from the stuff that could be donated. Then the house sat for a week while the auction went live. After the auction finished - every item sold! - the buyers came to the house to pick up what they bought under the supervision of the Staff and all the garbage was removed and I was able to list the house with a local real estate agent. Prices have gone up quite a bit over time, but every once in a while you can still find a solid deal or a good brand if you're willing to dig. That said, I have found some great items here. I came across plenty of Longaberger pieces like in the photo, including baskets and an entire set of Longaberger pottery, which is now one of my favorite sets I own. There are also lots of small trinkets and random finds that can be fun to browse through. On the flip side, some of the pricing is honestly wild. Things like used candles being priced close to $10 really miss the mark for a thrift store. The clothing section is very large, and you could easily spend over an hour browsing it, but I would say almost nothing is under $5 anymore, even for basic or worn items. There are a few decent pieces here and there, like some skirts and sweaters I've picked up, but it's hit or miss. They also have a separate rack for name brand clothing that's priced higher, which kind of defeats the purpose of digging through the racks in the first place. Overall, this store has gone downhill quite a bit, but I still stop in occasionally to see if I get lucky. Not great, but sometimes worth a quick check.

I still stop by from time to time because you never know what you might find and it's all going to a great cause. The staff are always very friendly too. I'll always be a fan of Goodwill stores.

They poured through a ton of stuff and efficiently set up an online auction and handled everything. After everything was settled, sold, and fees were paid, we ended up getting about $35. We were hoping to get more, but overall I was happy with the work they did. Would recommend to any family who needs to have someone else go through a loved one's estate.

I now have to wait 7-10 days for them to credit my credit card back (if they even do it) the second one was supposed to be a car mounted holder for an iPhone 15. Damn thing is 4 inches high by 4 in hues wide. Does that sound like it will hold an iPhone 15? What a ripoff.

His staff can call people a foul name and he does nothing but act bitter, bothered and inconcerned. The blue haired girl is horrible, rude, foul, and should not be working with customers. Not to mention multiple items i bought were lost, the monitor screen had 3 different footprint on the box. Yes 3 different people stepped on it. They DO NOT CARE. they manager cant even see how his demeanor is rude, abrasive and unprofessional. You cant tell him, he proceeds deny it. I guaranteed he has been called out on his rude, ego his whole life, yet he acts oblivious.it sucks, i NEVER run into these issues and RARELY EVER get upset. But sometimes i have to put my foot down.​
