Consider me spoiled for visiting the Louisville locations of Michaels, but when you only have one person at the register and a long line of people trying to check out, you can do better. Additionally, I know this is a minute point, but I have never encountered such difficulty trying to use a coupon. Know before you go- they only like the coupons from Michaels.com. So don't try to use Retail Me Not or some other source, they won't let you use it. This is the only store I have ever been to that has given me that response. Well, you know what, after waiting in the long line to check out, I'm not prolonging this process any further. I'll wait on getting my craft supplies until I get to another location or Hobby Lobby down the road.

The kiln doesn't work. Apparently hasn't for quite some time and no idea when it might work again. So you have to take your item to the local library to be fired. We were not told this upon arrival. I actually asked if they were going out of business. Nope. Just barely surviving I think. So if you're not in a hurry ( said it could maybe be summer) to get your item and if you're not picky what you paint it's a great place to go.

Warning Rv'ers Do Not Stop Here, You Will be Harassed…read more We pulled into this store on Morgantown, rd Bowling Green,Ky at 11:00 am to stock up on supplies and groceries, and shop for new tires online for our Rv. We were there less than 5 minutes and the fat woman security guard came to our door and said, ''We do not allow rv's or trucks to park here'' We told her we were going to shop for supplies and groceries, and look for new tires, and we were making out a list, she then said '' we do not allow loitering''. We immediately called the manager and told him what happened, his solution was to call the security company. I said, no I will not call them, it's Wamarts policy and they should not allow security to harass their customers. When leaving we drove through the entire parking lot looking for signs that say no rv's or trucks, there is none. We will NEVER Stop here again, and will be hesitant to shop at Any Walmart in the future.

Anyways, I took about 4 pairs of pants to her yo have hemmed up and she did a fab job. It took her about 1-2 weeks if I remember, but I believe that was my fault for not picking them out quicker. Anna Mae Weldy in the last week…read moreI wish I would have done a little more research before taking my wedding dress to Imogene's, I picked it up today and left in tears. Ramona with Imogene's had my dress for nearly 6 weeks and called me early this morning with questions on what exactly I wanted done (after having it for 6 weeks she called today, and my wedding is 9 days away). The alterations were fairly simple, I went and saw her after the phone call and then picked my dress up a few hours later. My dress looked like they'd been carrying it around in the trunk of a car for 6 weeks and there was purple marker ALL over my dress. When we inquired about the maker she responded with, "it's fabric marker it will come right off with water". I left her shop and immediately went to my dry cleaners...I am beyond disappointed with this place. Horrible service, no apologies or offer to make it right from Ramona.... I'm now getting married in 9 days and can only say a prayer that my dress will come back from the cleaners in good enough shape for me to wear it.
