The next week I was scheduled to get the job done on Friday. Gabe and Alan came and got the job done in a few hours and did a great job. They were professional , they cleaned up the area and they even put bypass valves on my water filtration/softener system so in case my water filter failed, I wouldn't have a leak problem. In this town, I find it hard to get people to come and work on things. I do know that the water heater was half the price of the first company I called. So, I think the prices are fair. Then I had the opportunity to work with "Take the Plunge Plumbing". Situation: My daughters exterior Rinnai Tankless Water Heater exploded. I use American Home Shield (AHS) home warranty. They assigned Take the Plunge Plumbing. Action: The water was off in the house and this call was expedited. The company was on time, kept me in the loop and always professional. I give that credit to the Owner and Tequila their associate. Follow-Through: AHS wanted a second opinion most likely because the entire unit needed to be replaced. Another company came one week later which left me without water for a week. Take the Plunge Plumbing still came back and attempted to get the manufacture to replace the unit on warranty. Conclusion: AHS gave the entire job to the second company. Completely unfair to Take the Plunge Plumbing. I offered to pay them for their extra time, and they refused. That was quite kind of them. The way they dealt with me throughout this very frustrating process was outstanding. The only other review for this company is a person who did not like the way a truck was driving.
