I ordered Thanksgiving catering from here for my company and our experience here was generally…read moregreat! We went with Combo #1 and there were around 12 of us. The portion was pretty good for our group size. We even had lots of leftovers. For some of the food items: -Chopped Turkey: Both the white and dark meats were juicy, succulent and flavorful. However, I do wish there was a larger meat ratio relative to all the sides. It also was a bit messy with the juices, so I would recommend even tighter packing. -Mashed Potatoes: Perfectly creamy and buttery. -Stuffing: Soft and flavorful. -Green Bean Casserole: Creamy and the green beans were cooked well. I would suggest putting the fried onion topping on the side so it could be crunchy. I'm not the biggest fan of Thanksgiving foods and I think this spread was great! Ordering and coordinating the order was relatively easy. I do wish the email etiquette and general communication was more professional though. We also received our order a bit later than scheduled, but I was told they were short on drivers for that day. I also liked the insulated bag the food came in. Overall, a good experience here and I would consider ordering catering from here again.

Quick responses and seamless customer service. Ordered for 100 guests and we were impressed by the amount of food received; there was more than enough to feed our additional last-minute guests we hadn't included in the original headcount. Everything was so light & colorful and tasted just as delicious as it looked. Appreciated the beautiful floral touches to the platters. We got the seasonal fruit platter, assorted viennoiseries, chia pudding, yogurt parfaits and coffee/tea. Per Katie's recommendation we added cookies--which were a huge hit with guests (and staff)! The menu was curated for dairy free/GF/vegan options. The delivery with Ramon went smoothly: right on time, clear communication via text and help with the set up. The whole Bites & Bashes team did such a professional job. You won't regret working with this family-owned business!

From the menu options to working directly with Mariah, who patiently answered my hundred questions and was so accommodating with all the little tweaks I made to our order, to the delivery and presentation, everything turned out so wonderfully. And, most importantly, our guests LOVED the food! We went with the Mexican menu, along with some appetizers and the Gochujang tofu. My only regret is that I didn't order more of the tofu! We had a few vegetarians in attendance, but EVERYONE was eating it. My husband and I served ourselves last, so by the time we made it to the buffet, there was barely any left. Honestly, though, I think that says everything about how much our guests loved the food! It just gives us an excuse to host another big party so we can have Bites and Bashes cater again. I truly can't recommend them enough. Everyone we worked with was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and the entire experience was wonderful from beginning to end. JUST WOW! Thank you, Bites and Bashes, for helping make our wedding day so delicious and special! 5 stars isn't enough of a high rating.

We had mostly non-Korean guests from out of town, but multiple guests came up to me during the reception to tell me this was the best wedding food that they had ever tasted. What's more, they spent several hours setting up linens and tablecloths and as a surprise, they kindly included extra dishes at no extra cost. Pricing was very reasonable, although there was some confusion about setup costs that I wish had been made more clear earlier. You cannot go wrong using Nakwon for your next event or wedding.

OMG... as I'm writing this, I'm still craving the food we had that day from Chubby Fingers! After doing multiple tastings with other caterers, we chose them for their generous portions and amazing value at a very competitive price point. Why we chose them: Before choosing them, we actually met with several other caterers and even did tastings to compare our options. What really stood out about Chubby Fingers was how generous and abundant their offerings were at a very similar price point. The value honestly surprised us in the best way. The Experience (Catering Drop-off): We ended up doing a catering drop-off, and even with that setup, you could truly feel the care and thought they put into everything. The presentation was beautiful and everything was packed so nicely -- it still felt very special and intentional. The Food (The highlight of our day!): On the day of the event, the food completely exceeded our expectations. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Our guests kept complimenting the food throughout the event, and several people even came up to ask where we found the caterer because they wanted the information for their own events. Our Menu Highlights: 1. Chubs Bossam: Slow-roasted caramelized pork shoulder with ssam bar (perilla leaves, lettuce, and samjang). Absolute hit! 2. Japchae: Korean sweet potato glass noodles with mushrooms and vegetables. 3. Gochujang Glazed Veggies: Roasted market vegetables with a subtle, delicious gochujang glaze. 4.Yuzu Tomato Salad: Heirloom tomatoes with greens and a refreshing yuzu vinaigrette (so fresh!). and the White Rice was included! The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our day special. I'm so sad I didn't take more photos, I was so busy hosting and enjoying the event, but the presentation in person looked even better than the photos!)
