She is located on the upper floor of a chiropractor office. The room is appropriately and calmly decorated to provide good energy. There is little to no sound from the outside and others in the building. She talked to me before the massage to review the information I had provided on the intake form, asked me specifically about my needs, and talked about some of her techniques. During a massage she asked about pressure and my level of comfort with the temperature of the warmed bed. I walked out a new and better person. Her various techniques, ability to read energy and know my needs and focus on problem areas transformed me back to my aligned, energized self. I have gotten massages at five star resorts in Arizona and the Caribbean, at local places here in the South Jersey area, and this is by far one of the best. At first I wasn't sure I was in the right spot but once you make you way up the stairs you enter into a haven of positive energy and warmth. They definitely transformed their space into a welcoming place of healing. I'm always in the lookout for yoga classes and meditation training classes so when this popped up on my feed, my curiosity peaked with the mention of didgeridoos and crystal bowls. I clicked and read a little more then immediately registered. Registration and payment was very easy online. Confirmation was sent to my email and i was all set. I do suggest reserving your space early because they tend to fill up. Not knowing what to expect I brought my yoga mat and a an open heart and mind. Now having attended a couple of times I suggest that anyone that would like bring yourself a blanket or pillow to add support for your back or neck BUT they do offer these items for use if you don't bring your own. I personally was fine with just my mat. The facilitators/owners make you feel so welcome and have such great energy I was very comfortable. They walk you through meditation and it is accompanied by the playing of giant crystal bowls with didgeridoos. It was a wonderful experience that I encourage anyone to try at least once, even if you do not meditate regularly. I left feeling an inner peace and calm that lightened my whole body, it was truly amazing. Reiki my yoga also offers certificate training and special events that you can easily register for through their website.

This session of beach yoga was amazing. This was my first time doing a session of yoga with would…read moredreams studio but not my first time doing yoga. I found this studio a few months ago when I decided to reinvent my July 24th for 2025. Last year on this day in 2024 I had surgery to remove the extra skin after losing 165lbs from 311.5lbs and the surgery I came home and unfortunately started bleeding internally and had to go back to the ER for additional surgery in total I lost 4 pints of blood and needed a transfusion. That day I spent most of the day stressed, panicked, unconscious/ in surgery for 10 plus hours unsure of what came next. I knew this year on July 24th I was gonna seize the day and do stuff relaxing and rejuvenating. This yoga session targeted stretching and zen through the class . There was a point where she mentioned to let go of the stuff that's behind us and release it and leave it at the beach. That moment felt great to really zone in the waves and everything at the shore to move past last year. The instructor was very attentive and made sure everyone understood each pose and directed us when to breathe. This was everything I needed for today, the beach setting and the yoga/zen. Beginners or advance levels can take this class. Thank you!

Having never been on a web cam before, I am able to use Zoom very effectively my phone or laptop for yoga where Erica and I see each other and speak to each other ... so it is just like having my own yoga instructor right next to me to give me instructions, encouragement, tweaks to my poses. And I can tell her if something hurts or ask her questions ... or just talk. It is so much fun!
