Awful customer service We got gifts from friends for our…read morebabies (twins). We tried to exchange then today with a gift receipt for a bigger size and encountered two problems: 1). The gifts were bought at an outlet of the same brand in North Carolina, and their policy does not allow regular stores to receive exchanges from outlet stores. This is a problem in their policy. 2). The two women in the store gave awful customer service. They did not provide any options other than going to the outlet in North Carolina were the gifts were bought, and we live in Atlanta. Their attitude was extremely snotty I subsequently called the store in North Carolina. The store manager there was very nice on the phone and did give an option to mail the gifts, and she would mail us store credit. While I am thankful to her for giving me an option around the problematic company policy, in practice I do not have time to go to a post office, pay to send the gift back, etc Hence, I wish the company reviews and changes their policy, and especially, I wish they better train their employees in customer service.

She greeted us when we entered the store and allowed us space to browse and shop. This is huge as most boutique style stores tend to apply pressure to make a purchase. As we browsed the store my sister came across some super cute clothing that would be perfect for the girls. However, the game changer for me was the socks!! OMG!!! Anyone who knows me knows that I love cute socks. Bright colors. Catchy Designs. Argyle and all. Any sock that catches my eye immediately has to be purchased. The owner of Wee Boutique helped us find two adorable newborn outfits that will be special along with a very cute book and teether to include. She also had 2 board books with flaps and tabs to send to our older grandson (with topics about taking care of a baby and being a sibling). Our grandson loves books that have things to lift or pull so these will be perfect. To top it off, Wee Baby offers free gift wrap and shipping options. I've been to this Nordstrom Rack a few times. I realized after our last visit that I hadn't written…read morea review for this location, so here it is. My wife likes this store. In general, she says she always finds something that's good quality and a good value, and customer service is good. She described Nordstrom Rack as, "like a higher-end T.J. Maxx." Some examples of items she's purchased here include Stuart Weitzman shoes (her wedding shoes; they're beautiful), Madewell sweaters and T-shirts (lots of T-shirts), a French Connection sweater, a Theory dress (one of my favorites; she's worn it to my company's holiday party and to one of her company's events), and NEST New York scented candles (they smell good). Another reason she likes Nordstrom Rack is because she can return both Nordstrom Rack and regular Nordstrom items. Convenient. During our last visit, employee Marquis was fantastic. At checkout, my wife didn't know her Nordstrom credit card expired. Marquis got her on the phone with someone who helped her take care of everything. She was still able to get her Nordy Club points and Notes (loyalty rewards). This Nordstrom Rack is located in Buckhead, just off Georgia 400 Exit 2, near Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza. It's in Buckhead Station, a two-story shopping center. On the weekends, Buckhead Station gets crowded and there are longer lines at Nordstrom Rack. During peak times, I suggest parking on the lower level where there is plenty of parking and no congestion. This Nordstrom Rack opened in 2010. It's the only Nordstrom Rack inside the perimeter.

Based on a video I saw on social, I was under the impression that they were going to be doing the printing right then and there onsite, but I quickly learned we had to come back down to pick it up once it was ready (about a week later). We did have to buy the jersey + skirt (which I figured) and the name customization was free, however, you had to pick between a color or patch which I was confused on and there wasn't an option to add a number (which differed from what I saw in the IG video). Unfortunately, all of the Team USA kits were sold out by the time we arrived so we ended up getting an Argentina jersey + skirt. They didn't have my daughters size for the matching skirt, but an employee was so helpful (even through all the event chaos and crowds), and helped me get the right size ordered to the store so that it could be there ready for pickup when I came back to get my daughter's new customized jersey. Overall, it was a cute event and great idea, but the execution could have been a bit more streamlined and organized.
