I was shopping for a client with midcentury taste who likes pieces with a story behind them, and this was the perfect stop. It's a great mix of time periods and style. I received help from various people working here, and all were kind and generous with their time, even as they let me circle the store for an hour figuring out which pieces I wanted to get. Interiors Market has undergone (and from the looks of it will continue to undergo) SO many renovations and refurbishing over the last year. Milton, the new owner, and his partner Greg are the friendliest people one could hope to encounter when shopping in such a large warehouse-style shop. But PLEASE don't let the size of Interiors Market intimidate you. Like I said, Greg and Milton are wonderful, polite, and well informed about their craft. Any question I had was met with an enthusiastic response. The store has an incredible and eclectic selection of lighting, home decor, art, and furniture... and it all ranges from antique, to mid-century, right up to today's contemporary trends. Browsing through the shop may take you a whole afternoon, but frequent stops to chat (and laugh and enjoy free cheesecake samples!!!) with Mrs. Hornsby of Hornsby Cakes will not only keep you entertained, but will make you feel more than welcome into the #InteriorsMarketFamily. The staff is energetic and so easy to work with. They offer little or know compensation to the paying customer when they dispute the finalized product. To make it worse, they will make fun of the clients after they leave. To me, it seems to be an issue with the management at the store level and regional basis. From what I have seen, I wouldn't trust them to frame a piece of rubbish from my wastebasket, much less a valued piece of art.

We purchased a bed frame from Arhaus and waited approximately 10 weeks for delivery. Unfortunately,…read moreour experience from that point forward was very disappointing. When the bed frame arrived, it had visible dirty marks and stains on it. During the delivery, one of the delivery personnel became argumentative and aggressive when my wife pointed out the issues. Interestingly, once I arrived and became involved in the conversation, his attitude changed significantly. After contacting Arhaus, they eventually sent an assessor to inspect the bed frame. During the inspection, the assessor acknowledged that the lighting in the room was not ideal and stated that he could not clearly determine whether the marks were dirt or another issue. Based on his assessment, he indicated that he would recommend replacing the bed frame. However, when Arhaus later contacted us, we were told that the assessor reported the bed frame was fine and that he did not see any issues. This directly contradicted what was communicated to us during the inspection. For a premium furniture company with premium pricing, we expected much better customer service, quality control, and follow-through. The lengthy wait time, poor delivery experience, and inconsistent handling of our claim left us frustrated and disappointed.
