For some, coffee is just some caffeinated instant powder that they haplessly dunk into a cup of hot water. Others are content with watered down espresso from the neighborhood coffee shop, or the slightly more decent brew from the more-common chain coffee shops. Those half-assed attempts at making coffee wouldn't be found here in Craft Coffee Workshop, where they take their coffee very seriously.
The place looks like a mad science lab, and I could bore you with details of what their countless coffee-making contraptions, tools and gadgets could do to deliver the most perfect, personal and wonderfully delicious cup, but I guess you really need to go there to experience it. You will be welcomed by the warmth and the slow humming of the roasting machine, which gives off a heady aroma of roasting coffee beans ready to pop as they caramelize and as they sweat their oils.
If you want an immersive and educational experience with your coffee, ask questions from your barista. Try many different things. Explore different brewing methods. Experience different bean origins, blends, roasts and methods of preparation to find that cup that you truly desire. read more
