This was my first time doing a brew tour and it was an absolute blast! Even though we are in the middle of a pandemic and many things are closed, Craft Brew Tours took all precautions and made sure we were all safe on the bus and at the breweries. They were really quick responding to my emails and kept open communication throughout the whole booking and experience. On the day of our private tour, they arrived right on time. The bus is super nice inside (has a cooler with water, cups, LED lights, and a Bluetooth speaker system). The drive to the breweries was super smooth and the timing at each brewery was perfect. When I asked why, he said it was because he took someone else's credit information over mine within minutes. His excuses were unprofessional and plain rude. I'm so happy that I booked Craft Brew Tours for my birthday. From the beginning Brandon (Tour host) made the planning so easy for a group of 20. Booked the tickets online, every guest was able to pay for their own which made it very easy to coordinate. Unfortunately, we did not have a positive experience with this company. I booked a basic package brewery tour for my birthday on the hottest day of the year. It was 117 outside and it felt like 100 degrees in the bus. We were sweating, uncomfortable for the entire ride, and it felt like the "AC" was blowing hot air at us. I contacted craft brew tour for a full or partial refund but was told that full or partial refunds cannot be given. For the price we pay, the bus really needs better AC. I understand that they are not in control of the weather, but the only thing we paid for (transportation) was terrible. It would have been better to just taxi around! The driver was nice, so I feel two stars is fair. I would not use this tour company again. read more

By far the best Brewery Tour in Orange County. The driver was super flexible and drove us to the best spots. The Bus fits 20 people comfortably and you have full control over the music via Bluetooth. I worked with Mark on getting this arranged vita text, with quite a few changes leading up to the day of our tour (Saturday the 20th). Everything went seamlessly, and Mark helped in every way he could. We got picked up and did route 16 (green cheek, chapman brewery, and taps barrel room). All were fantastic and accommodating. Did a small corporate outing recently. Everything was great. Brandon knew all of the breweries and had good suggestions on where to go based on location, types of beers we wanted to taste and air conditioning situation (super important in July). One of the best beers we had on the entire tour was the Ballast Point California Kolsch that Brandon provided gratis. Ice cold waters available on the bus. The AC was good, the bus was very clean and you could hook up your phone to play music on the bus. Would recommend to anybody for a brewery tour. read more

When I started to plan a surprise birthday in February I was nervous it would take a lot of effort and time. Brandon was exceptional. Brandon was extremely helpful with choosing breweries and setting up a lunch reservation for us. We had the van or 7 hours. The inside of the van is beautiful!! The van was very accommodating. We hosted a corporate event on the bus and it was awesome. Brandon was a gracious host. We started at Legends (great start place at 4 pm and included a tour/intro on how the brew process works), we then went to Noble and then Valiant. All great spots. Nobel had my favorite beer (Pina Colada beer) but was hot and crowded. There was a food truck at Noble and it was good, but they took forever. We were ready to go to the next stop, but were delayed for the food. Valiant was good and had BIG ASS FANS, so it was not as hot as Noble. I think Legends was my favorite!
