Unfortunately not a good experience for me. Hired this…read morecompany to pressure wash and seal my driveway at the end of July. The guys were hard workers, I had a lot of weeds on the driveway and it took them 2 days of pressure washing. The day the driveway was sealed, it down poured about 15 minutes after the completed the job. Naturally, I was concerned the sealant wouldn't have had time to set and reached out to the company. They assured me it was ok. 6 weeks later and my driveway looks like it was never treated. Very disappointed in the results, I might as well have set $3k on fire. Reached out to the company via email first and was ignored, finally got in touch with them via phone after several attempts and was told there was nothing they can do and encouraged me to now pay for a weed removal team. I understand the rain was unfortunate but I feel that the company could have done more to make sure I had quality results instead of dismiss my concerns when I immediately reached out. Very disappointed and I feel like it was a complete waste of money. They were hard workers while they were out there, and that is the reason I am giving them any stars to be honest. Unfortunately I do not recommend this company.

Jax Exterior Paver and Cleaning LLC is not a customer friendly company! Zachary A Woods "Zach" (the…read moreowner) is very dishonest in his speech, is condescending and insultingly combative (yelling, and dismissing before hanging up on you) when you try to resolve an issue to negotiate further repair services. The final paver job--initially appeared good but given weeks, I was dissatisfied with the overall work. Zach came to my house and saw the problem and said it would be handled. I paid $275 extra for Jax Exterior Cleaning LLC to blast the weeds on my pavers. They blasted my original sand throughout with a Turbo Nozzle Weeds and replaced it with their powerlock jointing sand that as they've posted on their own website states "weeds and ants don't stand a chance" to prevent weed growth. Unfortunately, within 2 months I found problems and by the 3rd month it was terrible. My neighbors who often compliment my yard noticed the horror that was left behind and they questioned me about the work and the company. My pavers now have sand-less gaps throughout which will eventually (if not repaired) result in damages caused by rains and insects getting into the crevices. As per another customer that had similar problems with Jax Exterior Cleaning stated, "they charged a large sum of money but did not complete or repair the job as promised." As others have done, I also made numerous attempts to reach out to the owner Zack by email, and by phone only to he insulted and accused when I finally spoke to him. He has hung the phone up on me on 2 occasions and refusing to listen to me or answer my questions after yelling at me "that I need to pay attention to what I sign and that he made no promises. Jax Exterior Cleaning LLC and this owner Zachary A Woods is a disgrace to reputable businesses. This owner ghosted me also as he's done to at least 4 other customers (1 on BBB and 3 on Yelp) that have made similar complaints against him.

They scheduled a time to come by the property and completed the job quickly and sent me before and after pictures. It looks amazing! The driveway is brick which means the oil was able to really get into the porous material, but they worked some kind of magic and removed the stain. They kept in communication at all times and had easy payment options! I will definitley use EverBright if I'm in need of pressure washing/cleaning services in the future!

Sunil (the owner) showed up and walked around the property with me taking note of any areas of concern. I was impressed that he even took photos of how my furniture and plants were placed on the patio so that as he moved things for the pressure washing, he could put them back in their appropriate place. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND in cleaning the patio even noticing that my outdoor dining table and furniture covers had pollen and mildew on them and took time to treat those as well! Even though I had been doing this cleaning every year in the past, this is by far the best it has ever looked! He was fantastic and I will absolutely be using this company every year going forward!
