Yeah, right--mocking the real hassle while refusing to fix his mess. Work? Pathetic. Spots half-cleaned, feces traces left, odor lingering. Point it out--he grabs spray bottle/rag, scrubs harder... grinding stains deeper into carpet. Made it WORSE. Refused $400 rip-off. Paid only $100 for the minimal damage he did. He stormed off furious, banging equipment into his vehicle like a toddler.
