The bar area has televisions across the wall, all tuned in to sports though muted this afternoon. Smash Burger!!! Hot fries! Cold beer and a super smash burger! When you walk in. Bar side or dining side. Both are great choices. In summer or warm temperatures a deck to eat on. Ample parking. I love the bar side. Tv with the latest game, every sport. Bartender always quick with a hello and delivery with your drink. Has yet to screw up my food order while committing it to memory! Had Carolyn this evening for dinner. As always amazing service and the fish and chips were delicious.

Took over and hour and 20 minutes for food to arrive. This was lunch, at 2 pm and there were only 2 other tables. The waitress didn't bring a glass for a drink or cutlery for the meal. Five of us traveled from Maryland and Virginia to Niagara Falls, Ontario. We were looking for a place to have lunch after driving over 8 hours to our destination. We found Cracker Jack's Bar & Grill and decided to give it a try. When my husband and friend enter the establishment, they were asked how many? A customer at the bar said too many. Meaning too many people of color. Not one employee of the establishment said anything to this racist customer who looked like they were a regular there. That customer just cost this establishment over $300 and the waitress $50 because we decided not to spend our money in a racist place. We found another restaurant and had the best service anyone could ask for. We tipped our amazing waitress $50 for treating us like human beings. Thank you making us leave and have a much more enjoyable lunch somewhere else! read more

The chicken wings were good. It was very busy but service was great as usual. We sat at the bar.

I would like to see the french fries on side of burger or sandwich and not in a bowl. We barely got any fries since they were placed in a bowl next to sandwich and burger. Lets face it. Potatoes are cheap and the entree could of contained far more fries than it did. read more

Honestly disappointed by my experience here after reading the great reviews it has. Service: 3/5 The service was decent, nothing to brag about but we weren't ignored either. A little slow to receive some things (water, condiments, a forgotten coleslaw) given that it wasn't busy, but again, not the worst service. Location/Atmosphere: 3/5 Lots of parking, easily accessible off a main road. Very spacious interior with a bar side and a dining room side. Standard pub decorations. Food: 1/5 The food, aka my main reason for visiting, was horrendous and deserves no more than 1/5 stars (maybe even 0). We started with the spinach dip which was costco spinach dip warmed in the oven sprinkled with some shredded cheese, served with tortilla chips. Disappointing and cheap. Pot roast soup (which was their soup of the day) sounded good in theory but tasted like canned soup that was severely diluted, overly salted, and cooked until everything was mushy (nothing more disgusting than overcooked, mushy celery). Three of us ordered the soup, none of us took more than two bites because it was so gross. For entrees we ordered the shrimp dinner with poutine and coleslaw, mac and cheese, and burger and sweet fries. The shrimp was average, but the poutine and coleslaw were uneatable. I don't know what was in the coleslaw but the flavor was off and unlike any I've ever had before. The poutine was congealed by the time it got to me and I felt sick after taking one bite of the cold, mushy potato with goopy gravy and unmelted cheese. The mac and cheese came topped with buffalo chicken, which was tasty, but the mac and cheese had absolutely no flavor and the sauce was so thin it was almost milk. We basically had to re-season the mac and cheese ourselves to make it palatable. Burger and sweet fries were average, but given how terrible everything else was we all fought over them. We ended up packing 80% of our food to go, as we felt bad wasting it but also couldn't bring ourselves to eat it. We spent about $120 between 3 people, which did not felt worth it in the least bit. I've read other reviews that rave about their wings, and maybe someday I'll return to try them but for now, I'm staying far away from Cracker Jack's. read more

Weve been coming here with our friends for awhile now. It is a great little place, food is great and the servers are always pleasant and helpful. Our server today, Mitchell, was awesome. Made sure we had everything we asked for and even though he had a mask on, we could "see" his smiling face. The menu isn't the biggest but what they have is always great. Ordered chicken wings here and they didn't put sauce on them. When I said there was no sauces and asked for new ones the server said "I'm counting them" even though you could clearly tell there was zero sauce on them. Also the blonde server smokes weed outside rather than serving us. When she finally came in from her "break" she laughed and said sorry I was smoking a joint and then began doing shots with tables. Used to be great, recently visited and had extremely bad service, could not even get a water to go with my meal after she forgot to bring it with my meal and then had to ask an addition two times to still not receive anything. After that I was extremely unhappy becuse I could not enjoy my meal. The food has also got way down in quality. Had the pizza and wings, the pizza was extremely floppy and would not even stay together and the wings were small and rubbery. Would have given it a 0 if I could. Nothing compared to what it used to be safe yourself some time and check out elsewhere for better service and food. Place looks good though lol that's about it. read more
