I pointed at the unlocked drawer not touching a single product and proceeded to get yelled at. Was told that I was a "dumb tourist" and should've known not to go through the drawers. My favorite part was that she proceeded to scream at me and repeat herself 4 times after I apologized about something that was a miscommunication. I cannot believed I apologized for something I didn't even do, then got yelled at for being "a tourist". I brought this lady over for her mistake and was yelled at. The only reason i agreed was because they were bombarding me with yes or no questions and put me under pressure. I paid half by card and half by cash (keep that in mind). Later i left and felt really unhappy with my purchase we stood on the middle of the pavement and started unboxing the gift set. Then I discovered that the only reason i had bought the gift set was to get a bargain i ended up being fuming because the no7 olaplex was the size of my pinky you couldn't even use it on a full head of hair. So i went back angry as i could ever be. I walked in politely asking for a refund ,the manger that suggested i got it was stood right next to us giving us dirty looks. The lady that was giving me the refund didn't seem so happy either. She gave me the options of either putting the full £37 on my card or split it like how i paid. So i said to put it all on my card and she claimed to do, so we went outside and i called my mum asking her to check whether the money has been put back but it turns out only £17 was returned. I am fuming and i will not be returning.

I would say they're pretty similar to boots in what they sell as they also have a food section and mostly sell health care products and i would say they are also about the same size. Superdrug gives a 10% student discount if you have a UCAS card which is a perk however this is only available if you spend over £10. I'd say this encourages me to go there more often and spend more money. I would say superdrug is moderately priced, they do have some items a lot cheaper than others and do also sell some expensive products so whatever you want to spend superdrug can cater to your needs.
