They have many different departments each with a different feel, but all with the same great quality, but at a price it must be said. If you ask nicely they will give you some free samples of fragrances, which is always nice.

There are lots of different outlets in the store and I love the Jane Norman part even though it is quite small. Some things seem expensive. They sell some lovely handbags and purses, some are designer labels and are about the same price as other stores. The staff are helpful and always look smart.

When asked about their complaints procedures I was told I could come back in 3 days where I could complain to their pharmacist. The app will still allow me to book a vaccinatio at this location. Don't bother.

In fact that is probably the biggest attraction of this store, it always seems to have a great selection of bargains! Whenever there is a 'sale' or 'clear out' this store seems to have decent stock at ridiculously low prices! Have a rummage through the wire baskets and you are sure to find a bargain if only several pairs of socks to see you through the year! Staff are not particularly interested in customers except to process them quickly through the till and get onto the next customer, so good if you're shopping in a hurry.

I would say they're pretty similar to boots in what they sell as they also have a food section and mostly sell health care products and i would say they are also about the same size. Superdrug gives a 10% student discount if you have a UCAS card which is a perk however this is only available if you spend over £10. I'd say this encourages me to go there more often and spend more money. I would say superdrug is moderately priced, they do have some items a lot cheaper than others and do also sell some expensive products so whatever you want to spend superdrug can cater to your needs.

They sell traditonal scents which your Gran may like (think lily of the valley!) but also stock a new range of "spa " type products which smell gorgeous! The staff were really helpful and got me to try out some products i wanted to buy for my girlfriend (on my arms!) i was a bit dubious but the staff know there stuff and although offer extra products it is in a nice way. They often have samples of the food range on the till area, think luxury biscuits, jams and teas. Very expensive, but great for gifts or a little treat! If you have sensitive skin, they do a range with minimal parabens etc but always ask them in here they really do want to help!
