It's 930 and I call her and she said she was only delivering the chairs and would double check the invoice about the umbrellas. I sent her a screenshot of the invoice which included the umbrellas. She said she was running behind and we'll get back to me. She never got back to me. I called her multiple times. Texted her multiple times and no response. She is completely unprofessional. I understand there's delays but to ignore your client is unacceptable. I had to call another rental company last minute to get chairs and umbrellas for my occasion.
