Over the past 2 and half years, we have seen significant growth in her emotional and mental well being. We do not have any close family near by so initially she had a hard time warming up to the teachers/support she did not see on a normal basis. The teachers, directors and the Montessori approach made it easier for her to become the little confident person she is today in which I thank them for their care and support. Additional Notes: The school itself is located on PCH so it is a busy during rush hour. There are times that getting in and out of the school can be troublesome. However, the school itself feels secure and I didn't worry too much about her safety as there are a lot of gates. Since we have been there for a while, we have seen a few changes in staff and was questionable at times. However, the current director does her best to manage the changes and notifies the parents as soon as possible. The director and teachers are very caring and do their best to accommodate the changes as well. The school uses an app for communication about your child and it is very convenient as they update throughout the day such as meals and if they took a nap, etc. It made me feel less anxious. I do feel that they are aligning well with the academics while fully embracing the Montessori guidance. My daughter does well with independent play and loves to learn. She shows an interest in many subjects. Thank you PCMA for the good memories and we will miss you guys!

Both teachers, Ms. Angie and Ms. Marizol, are truly wonderful with our son. They are encouraging, engaging, patient, and fun. We were told that it can take some children 1-3 months to stop crying after drop-off, but our son stopped crying after just the first week, which speaks volumes about the kindness and care they show him. What impressed us even more is how quickly we began to see growth. After just his first week, our son learned to sneeze into his arm, and we've noticed him forming his sentences more and more each day. The school provides weekly curriculum updates, which we love, and they also focus on a monthly book, reinforcing learning in a thoughtful, intentional way. It truly reflects an authentic Montessori learning style. The campus itself is adorable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for children. The activities offered are precious and intentional, from the Thanksgiving kiddie potluck to Spirit Week and the Christmas recital. Another huge plus is that the school offers lunch and snacks for an additional $100 per month, which is very reasonable and takes a lot of daily stress off parents. The only con I would note is the number of days off throughout the year while still requiring full monthly tuition. This can be challenging, as it requires parents to take multiple days--and even weeks--off work. That said, it is the only downside we've experienced. We initially gave this school 5 stars, and while we still love and appreciate the teachers, it's important to note that a rating reflects the entire experience--including management. Since we don't deal with administration daily, it hasn't impacted us as much, but our confidence in upper management isn't what it once was. It's still a good option overall, especially because of the teachers--but don't expect the same level of excellence across the board.

The most enjoyable AND affordable place to get BLS certified! I contacted Tim on a Tuesday and he was able to fit me into a class the following day! I appreciate his fast response time. Tim made everything simple - he provided me with payment information, parking, and a study guide. The actual BLS class was professional, thorough, and even fun! Tim had candy, pens/highlighters, and worksheets for taking notes. We watched a few videos and then it was our turn to practice our skills on life-like dummies. I appreciated having so many different scenarios - a dummy laying down, a dummy in a chair, and baby dummies. We also used respiratory equipment (rebreather mask, oxygen tank) and an AED. I feel more prepared than ever to implement my CPR training. Tim helped me feel more confident and capable than I ever have! Thank you Tim!!! read more

This place was absolutely disgusting. Tim the instructor smelled like a combination of BO and marijuana. Oh it gets better. Tim was yelling at the students and telling them they will fail and if it wasn't for him teaching they wouldn't get a certificate Tim then got my number and asked if I wanted to come over and smoke weed on the break. During the breaks I was crying in the bathroom Because I needed the certificate so bad. He talked down to everyone and put down firefighters and police. You can tell he really dislikes the police. For being in civil service he was a disgrace. I bet he had a police record. I can't believe anyone would sign up with this unprofessional place read more

I just took the CPR/First AID class today at 9am. It was great! I set the class up with Tim and he was professional and answered all of my questions and concerns! This class is American Heart related so it works perfect for my job! The place was really clean. Carol was my instructor and she was fun! This was a refresher course so I knew what to expect. I was nervous since the first time i took CPR it was at the hospital... it took 8 hours and it was not fun. I had a great time taking this CPR class. Very affordable and fun environment. A few points I think potential customers should consider: 1) They give you your CPR card on the spot. I don't like waiting. 2) The used video, manikins and real life simulations and the combo really works. I was never bored. 3) The price is good. I don't want to spend 8 hours in a class nor do I want to spend $100 for certification. They were able to stay under both of those numbers easily. Tim's teaching style isn't for the faint-hearted. If you prefer a gentler approach, look elsewhere. He teaches with intense passion. Initially, I felt overwhelmed and unprepared, but by the end, I gained valuable knowledge. As a nursing student, facing my first code blue was daunting. Yet, thanks to Tim's course, I now feel confident to assist in such situations. The hands-on training surpassed my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this class. read more

I have been CPR certified by these guys two times in a row. They make the class very enjoyable and easy to follow. CPR can be boring and tedious if you get the wrong instructor. They are exactly the opposite. The environment is very laid back but still informative. I greatly appreciate the availability as well. There are appointments available every single day! read more

I am an aspiring doctor and needed CPR training to qualify for my current classes. Tim and Chris helped me out quickly and I received my card at the end of the class. There office is easy to find, right of Pacific Coast Hwy, and it's a really clean and safe environment. I will come back and get re-certified in two years. read more

I've done a larger group class and a small, two person class with these guys the last two times I needed certification. Each time the class was fun and entertaining and I received my CPR & First-Aid card before I left the office. I still remember all the numbers and stories he talked about. I called while I was driving to their office, hopeful that I could get a class in immediately because I had to go to work later that day. Tim was very flexible and met me within the hour for a class. Was I a bit skeptical? Yes lol especially since their pricing is a bit higher than other certification classes. Here is my opinion. This place is definitely worth every single 5-star review you see and read. Dr. Khan and Sylvia who teaches and runs the training classes are so friendly and knowledgeable. They provide you with all the information and skills needed to become board certified. They answer all your questions and never make you feel less for asking them. They prepare you mentally prior and guide you from start to finish on each technique needed from blood withdrawal, setting up an IV line and providing IV therapy. Then they observe your retention knowledge to be able to perform without instructions. Along with educating us on different types of equipment we might come across while working in the field. The classes are fairly small and intimate which makes the learning experience that much more enjoyable as you get to know the other students training along side you. Yes the price is higher than other training facilities, but definitely worth it. Honestly you're paying for great instructors, small class groups, night classes, and realistically; medical supplies are expensive. With that, they still provide you with a tracking number to track your certification to the board as well. This is where you say, you're paying for quality over quantity. Other than providing IV/BW therapy certification. They offer other approved AHA classes like BLS, ACLS, and even an extensive NCLEX refresher prep course. Worth checking out for a great experience.

This is beyond unprofessional. It's unacceptable, infuriating, and shocking that an organization handling certifications can operate this way. Now I have to rush to find another provider to complete my NRP renewal. Absolutely appalling. This is why I refuse to pay for services BEFORE they are rendered. I should have read the reviews prior to scheduling because this is apparently the norm for his business practices. (I will include of photo of another review of a similar situation) but considering I scheduled this VIA the NRP website I did not believe it would be unprofessional. 10/10 would not recommend.
