very disappointed.. I took my phone for a very simple screen replacement and Manager broke my phone…read moreand now I have to request a phone replacement claim. They have worked oh this exact same phone in the past for the same issue but this is the first time I deal with Miguel.. That is the name the Manager provided in a very soft voice. He said that unfortunately the part came defective.. I asked how does a screen come defective.. Its rare but it happens is what he replied. looking at broken phone, its very sloppy with glue all over the edges.. looks like someone was not a professional and very sloppy work. I finally got approved for a phone replacement and I went back to manager to see if he could at least transfer all my data from the phone he broke to the replacement phone and he said there is absolutely no way to transfer date from one phone to the other. Wow because from past experiences I know that is something that can be done...bought this phone new at AT&T over 1000 dls for it to be broken by a professional Tech and now I'm stuck with a refurbished phone and all my old very important pictures lost...

Their prices are competitive and consistent, unlike their local competitors that will increase prices on holidays or when they are busy. Cell Phone ER has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure the job is done correctly. They've even thrown in an installed screen protector just as a "thank you" for being a return customer. These guys are also very LEO friendly. The only suggestion I would have is for them to open a location on the north side so I don't have to drive as far.
