The woman at reception, who I understand is the owner's wife, is consistently rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. From her tone of voice to the way she speaks to clients, there's a clear lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. Every visit, my parents and I are met with a lack of basic courtesy that immediately sours the experience. As the first point of contact and the gatekeeper to the accountants, her demeanor makes it difficult to even want to walk through the door. It's disappointing because the quality of service beyond the front desk is solid, but customer experience starts the moment you arrive. At this point, her behavior alone is enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

The experience of using her for my CPA was completely different compared to the previous one I had. She was very detailed and meticulous in checking each detail of my situation, and also didn't pretend to know everything - if there was an issue that she wasn't clear about, she didn't hesitate to look up the necessary IRS documentation to make sure that we weren't making any mistakes. Even after our meetings in-person going over documents, she would also follow-up and double-check to make sure that I hadn't inadvertently overlooked something (and she did find a bunch of details that I had filled in incorrectly as well through this process!) She was also more interested in making sure that I understood the process and what each document was for, rather than just taking everything into her own hands and just asking me to "rubber-stamp" documents. I really appreciate her spending the effort to help with my tax literacy. The reason why the people from Vietnam VISA was denied because instead of saying, " visiting a sick father in the United States," he wrote " they are coming for medical treatment." The second mistake, they prepared the paper work, but they miss-checked a box "no" this means they lied about the paperwork. The people in Vietnam spent a lot of money for a domestic airplane ticket and fee, to be denied by a clumsy mistakes. They did a very terrible job!

At that time, the paper needed to be mailed back to Vietnam within a day so my cousin could go to an interview. I could have gone to post office to mail it. However, he told me that his relatives were going to VIetnam that night, he said he could ask them to bring it to VIetnam for me. I was like "wow... sure". He didn't charge me for extra cost or anything. The next day my cousin got his paper work. It was amazing experience. I would highly recommend this place.
