She wants each room to look perfect and also to reflect her client's vision. Carol is great with color and will deliberate between different shades of white when I never even knew there was a difference. But it does always make a difference when she chooses the color and it's just right. She has helped me with window treatments and rugs that work in each room. She arranged for my vintage dining room table and chairs to be refinished and helped me choose the chair covers and stain for the table to coordinate with the rest of the room. She also took my old dresser and had it refinished and then transformed my guest room to coordinate with it in style and color. Carol is so easy to work with and she is incredibly knowledgeable. She communicates regularly and always follows up. The best part is that she educates as she works with you and doesn't judge you. We were TOTAL newbies and had no knowledge of what renovations would take or where to start with picking out supplies. He walked us around the showroom, explained differences in tile and cabinet qualities, and was very helpful with this recommendations and big no no's to watch out for. After they measured our place, they quickly sent estimates and nice 3D renderings of my husband's dream kitchen. They worked with our contractor seamlessly and our beautiful kitchen was born! Also, one of the cabinet doors came damaged, and Josh quickly expedited a replacement door. We highly recommend Josh, Kenny, and their team. They know their stuff and are very patient (even when I gawked at the prices like a total n00b). We will be going back for materials for our bathroom renovation soon.
