The staff is excellent and we can credit them with recognizing a urgent problem with one of our older dogs who had a medical emergency and getting the dog to the vet in time to save it's life. The kennels were fairly roomy and quiet, since there are no dogs barking, etc. Connie lets each cat out for a little bit so they aren't confined all of the time. The quiet atmosphere is definitely good to keep the cats from getting more stressed out than they already are after a long drive. We would board them there again if we have to evacuate in the future.
