We have rentals in WNC and have bought numerous cabinets from these guys. They are professional, polite and the prices are much better than the big box stores. This place is a scam for hardwood and LVP flooring installation. Do NOT have them do any installations for you, you can see at the photos the complete mess. They do NOT know what they are doing, don't even think about stopping but instead hit the gas as fast as you can. The entire place is run by a bunch of teenage boys, with the owner not giving a crap and won't ever call you back no matter what. Here's some examples of how bad they are: They don't know how to float a floor properly, so be prepared to walk on floors that sink heavily, so deeply that the tongue and groove connections break on the planks; They are too lazy to carry the floor into other rooms and demand you yourself fix the problem and install thresholds instead of carrying the planks through doors, oh and that's extra and they don't even carry thresholds either; the gaps between the flooring and walls are so large that baseboard plus quarter round won't even cover up the gaps, and we are talking in some places over 1" between the floors and the walls, and they are too lazy to take up outside door thresholds, so instead of taking up the threshold and putting the flooring down and then putting the threshold back, they cut it short, leave a huge gap and then tell you to just get a tube of caulk and caulk it to death. So after they were done, I had to rip up 15% of 1600sq foot of flooring and redo it, and calling them to come back to fix the problem will lead to them arguing with you that they gave you a deal and they won't ever let you talk to someone in charge or an adult, then they will blame their terrible work on you in some odd manner, and i've attached photos as examples. Also, they will tell you the installation time that is 1/2 of what it really takes to install it, then instead of finishing the job, you can be sure the bell goes off at 4pm on a Friday, they leave and never come back. Now let's move on to lumber, it's terrible. Ordering 20 pieces of 16' grade A tongue and groove planks, be ready to send back at least 50% that are split all the way down, the groves are all damaged, holes in them, most lumber places would not even give a grade B on what they try to give you on grade A. Now let's talk about doors, there's another issue, the doors were ordered and on back order for 4 months and they make you pay up front, won't allow you to cancel an order for standard door sizes after waiting for 4 months when the competitor across the street has them in stock. No matter what, do NOT go here at all unless you want to have to redo everything you hire them to do labor wise and if your getting lumber, just be prepared to go back over and over and be scammed on the lumber you get. Don't even get a 2x4, as it curves more than a banana does on the Grade A quality and you will be lucky if it's also not split or damaged. read more
