(When I said, "thanks, I didn't know there was a check in", I was told, "well now ya know" by the sales associate who was clearly finishing his breakfast while talking). Another customer came in but she didn't check in on a wait list. When the 2 customers before me were finishing up, the sales associates ignored me and my wait list check in and helped the woman who came in after me. I waited 35 minutes to talk to a sales person and I checked in as told, only to be overlooked and ignored. In this day when $120 is a LOT of hard earned money for shoes, I'll go anywhere BUT here.
