In both instances, I was moving and they handled everything. It took a single phone call to tell them what i wanted and where, and everything else was handled. i can't tell you how nice it was to talk to a person who cares, rather than dealing directly with the cable/internet providers. They are super knowledgable about all of their products. I will never work directly with the big companies again. Kicketek is far and away the best experience I've had in cable/internet.

I recently wanted to run Ethernet to my room upstairs that has now become an office. I was concerned of the cost but decided now was the time. I posted on yelp and got many responses. Mark at Omaha Communications reached out and we spoke on the phone. He came out same day to take a look at the job and provide a quote. He was transparent on the price and time needed. Service was very fast. The next day they were out working on the job. In about 3 hours I had an Ethernet connection done to my router in the living room. It looks very professional and done nicely. This didn't break the bank. Highly recommend!

More recently I found that I could add her land line service to my own account for $15 a month under Consumer Cellular. Consumer Cellular sent me a port which you plug into the phone making it a cellular phone. the night mare began when they tried to transfer over mom's number from NT&T to Consumer Cellular. They will not except the information that is been on the bill like Moms Name, Address and Account Number. This is odd to me since they have accepted mom's monthly check for 7 years with this same information on it. We have still been trying to transfer that number over for 3 weeks, calling NT&T over and over again and resubmitting transfer requests. We looked back on an old bill and found my late fathers name so they excepted that. They resubmitted the address that my parents have had for 65 years and they finally accepted that. Now they will not accept the account number that is on the billing statement or the phone number. My elderly mother has not had a working number all this time.
