I made several phone calls to them, they promised my estimate the next morning and nothing. Seemed like a cool guy, and knowledgeable, but rule # 1 in business is you have to keep your word, or you're not a man. I honestly think he had ZERO intent on doing the job. Thank God I found another place not too far away and it was night and day difference on the communication level. I hate to write this review, but some folks you can lead along and promise the World and not deliver, and folks like me hold you accountable. I blow off customers at work, and my manager is on my ass like he should be, so the message here is do what you say. Don't lead people along and never come through.
