At the last minute our plans changed and we no longer needed it. We didn't access it. We moved nothing in. We had it for 1 day. I called to see if it could be prorated or anything. I was told no. Basically I was S.O.L. I currently have an EMPTY, NEVER TOUCHED BY US rental unit that is paid for until 9/10. I've done the surveys and I'm doing all the reviews. Do better, Public Storage.

I've called and spoken with multiple managers and no one will honor what I was promised and they are keeping my fee. Don't do business with people these people. If they had simply offered any type of compromise I would have agreed. i even told them so. They refused to make it right and kept my money.

I was able to easily book my rental over the phone shortly before my move from another town. This is the fourth storage unit place I've used in between moves, and it's by far the nicest. My unit was an interior space, which I was a little unhappy about before actually seeing it. I had thought it might be difficult to move things in and out without drive-up access, but that wasn't a problem at all thanks to the large dollies they keep available by entrances. Plus, this interior unit has been completely free of bugs and dust! Billing reminders are sent out monthly and payments can be made online. When it was time for me to move out, I just gave them a quick call to let them know. Whenever I've stopped by the office or called the staff, including a weekend evening call when I couldn't get my gate code to work, they've been super friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a really nice storage unit that is clean and safe with great staff, I highly recommend this place!

The space isn't wide enough, so I spend way too much time jockeying it into the space. This establishment is just down the road from our current one. It's definitely an upgrade. A very pleasant and easy application process. Steven was great to work with. He took care of a couple of details that needed to be tweaked and provided pertinent information about the facility and the rental process. The grounds were maintained extremely well and we're pleased to be a customer. The app is a bonus, as you can remotely open the gate from your seat. You don't have to rush getting out of the motorhome running to a keypad and getting back hoping the gate doesn't start closing on you. The grounds are all concrete, so no muddy mess any longer. If you need great RV storage, look no further than here. Another bonus is that it's $25/month cheaper.

I would definitely recommend if you're looking for something in the area. We used this facility to store the remains of our fire-damaged items after a house fire two years back, so we originally signed on when this facility was still Switzer's Lockerroom. We had some issues with the switch-over with ownership and lost paperwork for direct payment withdrawals, but as I said before, the staff both times we dealt with it were as nice as could be and very helpful. We moved our things out recently, and they were very helpful in opening and shutting the gate and offering a cart for us to move things to the car and the trash. The lanes in the facility are nice and wide so a vehicle of almost any size could get in and to a unit easily, and they are staffed late into the evening, making it easy to get in and out and get your questions answered even if you can't come during the normal M-F, 9-5. I like that their office is close to the front and the gate closes quickly after anyone enters or leaves, which makes the facility feel even more secure. We had no issues with moisture, rodents or any of the other icky stuff that can come with storage units while we were storing here, and if we still lived in the area, would definitely use them again!
