He arrived on time, his crew were well dressed, the truck and chipper were in excellent looking condition, and the entire job was completed in less than 1 hour, including a perfect clean up. You would never know that a tree had just been cut down and chipped - driveways, flowerbeds, walkways, sidewalk and street were completely cleaned after. I thanked each of the crew members (5 of them) for doing an excellent job, and each said to me, "thank you for the work" or "thank you for hiring us to do this job". The first was a 30 foot pear tree that was growing right next to their fence and was overhanging their sidewalk. The second was a 40 foot pine tree that was even more inaccessible. It was in a corner right beside our shed and fence and was also adjacent to their patio. The arborist was extremely skillful in his planning and removal of the trees and my parents were overjoyed with the result.
