I don't think anyone is actually trained there or has standards for professionalism. Multiple times I have called and they just put you on hold in the middle of talking. No, can you hold or I'm going to put you on a brief hold. You just hear the music and they may or may not come back to the line. After paying the fees they said I had to drive to the jail myself to file. So I still don't fully understand the services they "provide". I been calling for 2 days to get an email from a "supervisor" that is never on site. I was told she would be in at 7am, I call at 7:30a and was told oh the supervisor isn't here. I feel like I'm the "criminal" and they can treat people how ever they want to be treated. I will be letting others know on social media platforms

It's important to understand that their loved ones are in jail and suffering. Instead of helping, like they say they do, they only care about themselves. It's wrong that we had to do seven hours of paperwork when they could have told us in a five-minute conversation. There was no reason to make us wait that long.

They are honest, quick, knowledgable and laid the terms of the bond we were signing out in black and white. I highly recommend these guys to anyone that has a live one incarcerated in Dallas Texas. You will not regret it. Mark my words. Signed, warmly and humbly, Brian Edited: 09/18/2018 with the following: The owner of UPS store #3401 is of course, the delightful Krishna. She fairly recently hired for her store a Store Manager who's name is Chris. I think he is quite extraordinary. Ponder this question. How many managers in corporate America would go so far beyond the "call of duty" as to give you their personal cell phone number and offer to drive from their personal home back to their store 2 hours after the establishment they manage is closed? Not many. I dare say perhaps one out of ten thousand? That's a fair estimate, I'd imagine. All this was offered to me in order to insure my complete satisfaction (during a highly stressful business week)! Well, Chris is 1 out of a million. Great service, great attitude, and he leads by example and it's probably fairly apt to say his moral compass is guided by his heart. Thanks Chris. Hope you're having a spectacular day. Warm regards - Brian Cecil TL;DR - Chris is the new store manager of UPS store #3401 and he's awesome.
