In the summer time, the pool is beautiful but you'll have to sneak a beer in and if a Karen is camped out there, you will most certainly be fighting about the volume of your rock music. If it's rap music she'll call the cops. If you do decide to rent from this place, make sure you put your notice to vacate at least 60 days in advance. Staple it to the receptionists forehead so they get it. have a few extra thousand dollars laying around to move out because they will charge you for anything and everything. Oh also, the garbage trucks run at all hours of the night and day and they toss those dumpsters around for funzies. This is the last thing I'll say. There are so many adorable little bunny rabbits running around. One little baby bunny passed away in the grass and I called to let them know because there was an entire generation of maggots posted up in the bunny carcass but they said they couldn't do anything about it. So I walked past a dead bunny every day for months. It is burned into my memory. RIP critter. All in all, it is a peaceful place to live. The maintenance guys are cool.

She has many minions aka spies that keep track of your every movement and report back to her. She also uses her minions to break into apartments and check on things. Donna has no qualms about breaking in to your apartment (you will never get notified or receive a not that tells you someone broke in and entered). Donna has absolutely no respect whatsoever for the tenants. She gets very angry when you mention anything is wrong. She will try to steal all your deposit money. She makes up convenient lies to get all your money such as a $70 cleaning, a $80 carpet cleaning, and oh mold that showed up that you caused some how which will cost you $700 and voila your security deposit is gone. The parking is horrible as everyone takes all the spots with visitors (the spies are trying to catch the violators and catch their own tenants instead!). Maintenance is slow and horrible. Snow removal is very slow. The apartments are in a great spot near stuff but save your money and look for something else. Donna and her minions are not worth the trouble. Also, this place is becoming a new retirement community filled with old people who gossip (and by old, I mean ancient people who are awake at 4:30 am tracking people's movements).
