Oh also, the garbage trucks run at all hours of the night and day and they toss those dumpsters around for funzies. This is the last thing I'll say. There are so many adorable little bunny rabbits running around. One little baby bunny passed away in the grass and I called to let them know because there was an entire generation of maggots posted up in the bunny carcass but they said they couldn't do anything about it. So I walked past a dead bunny every day for months. It is burned into my memory. RIP critter. All in all, it is a peaceful place to live. The maintenance guys are cool.

Truly, all these reviews are blatant lies and only for a money. There are SO many nicer places in Valpo for a better price. I don't know how they can justify charging $1700 for a crappy townhouse.

Donna has absolutely no respect whatsoever for the tenants. She gets very angry when you mention anything is wrong. She will try to steal all your deposit money. She makes up convenient lies to get all your money such as a $70 cleaning, a $80 carpet cleaning, and oh mold that showed up that you caused some how which will cost you $700 and voila your security deposit is gone. The parking is horrible as everyone takes all the spots with visitors (the spies are trying to catch the violators and catch their own tenants instead!). Maintenance is slow and horrible. Snow removal is very slow. The apartments are in a great spot near stuff but save your money and look for something else. Donna and her minions are not worth the trouble. Also, this place is becoming a new retirement community filled with old people who gossip (and by old, I mean ancient people who are awake at 4:30 am tracking people's movements).
