Not knowing anything about lashes, you helped me understand so much in all my consultations. I was MIA for a few years, but I had to come back! Your work is amazing! I love how my eyebrows came out this last and first time, looking forward to getting them done today! I enjoy all our conversations, and the banging music you play! Your work is exceptional! See you soon ;) Em

The deposit goes towards your total. She is lashing 100% of the time but her response time is still great. To start, she always makes sure you are comfortable upon arriving. The bathroom is readily available and she'll have the heat/AC on depending on the weather. Cutest thing - she always has a candy bowl stocked!! She'll never rush you and will wait if you need to use the restroom, sneeze, etc. During the lashing process, she'll have music playing. Everything is clearly communicated to you - style, length, what she's doing. She's probably the most thorough out of everyone i've gone to. She has great lash isolation - there's no extra glue, no clumping, none attached to the lid. She always primes before lashing and bonds after lashing. Like i said, THOROUGH. At the end, she'll always confirm how you like your lashes and is always receptive to criticism and feedback. The lady loves lashing and wants you to love them too. This not just a job. Even if time is limited, she won't rush and makes sure you feel 100% happy. She always gives me 2 lash spoolies. Overall, Cynthia is very professional, pays attention to detail, and her work is AMAZING. I posted a picture below. She is always consistent. My lashes are still full up to the 3 week mark. My retention is always good but sometimes i have bad allergies so any fall out is really my fault! She's transparent w the state of your lashes - haha she knows i sleep on my left side so it's more bare and i have a bad tendency to burn my lashes from smoking. She'll never lie to you and goes above & beyond w communication and transparency. If you want to look like a baddie, you've come to the right spot! I recommend all my friends.

As you can probably guess by past reviews, getting my regular services for self care is important…read moreto me! After multiple months and a few life transitions, I was in need of dermaplaning service. In an area where we are in, when looking for a place out here, I am a little surprised how difficult it is to find a place that does it (if at all) or its an add-on in some places. I came across Zey and how they had multiple services I may potentially want to consider, and made an appointment online which was fairly quick. They sent multiple emails to remind of the appointment, to be on time, and warning on a fee if you dont show, but mentioned nothing on how to check in. I had a morning appt and the shared parking lot out back looked packed already due to the pilates studio next door. I waited out front few minutes before and the store front and after because the door was locked. I understand being alone in a work situation similar to that in the past so was hoping someone to come out or call me at the number I provided to confirm I was waiting for an appointment. About 10 minutes after, a woman (**EDIT searched for their business in my email to find the persons name thanks to the owner's reply below and blaming/avoidance below to why they don't acknowledge customers being on time after their multiple reminders but they're not w a 1st appt of the day - her name is Evelyn) comes out and asks me why Im there and I said my name and the time of my appointment. She said okay but she was wondering why I was still waiting out front...? I told her I checked out the back but theres no sign or note in the email on what is preferred by them. She didnt say anything in response but showed me the beauty lounge and space I would be in. She was kind and laidback for the service which made me a bit more confused by the introductory conversation. She suggested to come out and try other services and staff and my skin definitely benefited and felt so much more refreshed, which I was grateful for. I recently went back to check if they still have the dermaplaning service which is now unfortunately removed, so I will be checking out other places for the time being.
