The salon was clean and the seats were comfortable. My grandma was greeted by the woman up front (whose name I will update later) and was treated so warmly throughout the whole experience. It was so nice to see my reserved grandma casually chatting and laughing with someone new. The hairstyle was different from what she usually wears and she loved it!
