Kyle Adamski is the best to go to if you are in need of anything at Covantage. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, not ever rushing you or talking down on you for not knowing something. Inside of the bank is always clean and looks modern! Lovely atmosphere. read more

CoVantage - Customer Parking Lot - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Antigo, Wisconsin

This used to be a great place to "bank". I used to have my personal and business accounts here for years and loved it. I'm not sure what happened but it sure went to hell in the past couple years. Their security is terrible. We travel the country and every time we used our card it was guaranteed a few days later there would be fraud. I had 6 cards in six months and they made me feel like the criminal. Actually the last time it happened I was told they wouldn't give my business account another card. I pulled my business account and moved it to another credit union and have had zero issues the past 5 months. Now my other half and I have a personal account left. Two weeks ago we were at a dealership and requested a wire transfer that was nearly 300,000.00. After 3 days the transfer was rejected because it was sent to the wrong place by CoVantage. It has been 9 days and the money is still not available in our account. They say it's in limbo in their system and they say they have no control over the system. They have tied up nearly 300,000.00 and can't tell us why and can't control their system. This should scare everyone! W have an appointment with our attorney money because if a credit union sends someone's money to the wrong place and they can't control what happens to your money, then at that point it is stolen money. Do your banking anywhere else and if someone says they are great then they have never moved money of a larger sum here. This is the same credit union that fired an employee that was snooping in my account with no reason. All I got was sorry for that. A GREAT PLACE THAT HAS BECOME A JOKE. read more

I was shocked and frustrated by Coverage Credit Union's new online banking policy. You can no longer access your online account at all unless you agree to go completely paperless. There is no option to keep paper statements and still log in online. I help my elderly parents manage their finances. They are not comfortable navigating websites on their own, but they do rely on paper statements each month to balance their accounts. At the same time, waiting a full month to see new deposits (like Social Security) makes it unnecessarily difficult to help them stay on top of their finances. When I went into the branch to check their account online, I was told the only way to proceed was to enroll in paperless statements. When I called to confirm, the call center flatly said yes -- if you don't go paperless, you lose online access entirely. Your only options are to call the call center with questions or wait for the paper statement to arrive. This policy feels outdated, inflexible, and completely unfriendly to seniors and caregivers. It should be our choice how we receive statements, not a requirement tied to basic account access. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere more modern and customer-focused. Chase, for example, allows both online access and paper statements with no issue. Much easier to work with. Very disappointed in Coverage Credit Union. read more

Worst experience ever, terrible. Use any other option, but they will find whatever excuse they can to hold on to your money. The customer service is an absolute joke. I cant say anything good about this company. read more

The company and it's morals have changed been a member over 25 years and it is sad they have lost the home town feel and Personal touch!

I have read so many good and bad comments about Co Vantage banking just like any other bank but there really isn't any bank like Co Vantage bank. See I am divorced and I live alone so since I found out  I have severe medical condition and I found out I could easily pass away at any time I didn't know what I am going to tell people at Co Vantage because my personal and business accounts are with them, I kept wondering what am I going to say, how do I even talk about this. I was thinking it was going to be a very stressful experience, but  I sat down with ( KYLE) and told him what was going on. To my surprise he not only was he extremely professional and very patient and caring. Kyle walked me through the process of signing papers just in case I do pass away. I was amazed how he was so caring and just listening to all my concerns. See I have lived in several states and had banking accounts with several banks, but I can honestly say there really is no place like Co Vantage, 4 times when I was in great need Co Vantage over and over again has been there for me. I honestly don't know who runs   Co Vantage, but I can't all of staff enough for your patience, kindness and just being there to help me with all my financial questions and concerns. The tellers and all the call center staff just amaze me how much they are willing to answer questions. Thank you all so much! Tim.T. read more

I 100% recommend utilizing Brokaw Credit Union for all your financial needs! Kim and Jennifer were AMAZING! Kim answered my call on the second ring and provided OUTSTANDING customer service. Jennifer stepped in for Kim to finish my loan process and was equally AMAZING. I got a fantastic loan rate on my 2018 Chevy Silverado Z71 LTZ purchase...start to finish under 3 hours : loan application, underwriting, signing paperwork and on my way with a check. I will be transferring all my financial accounts to Brokaw as a direct result of their SUPERIOR customer service! Personal, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, fun and inviting. Mu kudos to you both for excellent work on a busy Friday besides! CoVantage Credit Union? ...the exact opposite experience! Bait and switch loan tactics, severely understaffed, lack of communications between staff members and customers. I was "pre-approved" for my truck purchase with VIN # and sales contract provided directly to loan manager...went in to Weston, WI location and was informed my rate would almost TRIPLE from 3.69% to 9.99% due to my truck having a salvage title; clearly written on sales contract that the truck had a salvage title! Incompetence, poor credit policies, lack of communications or outright fraud and bait and switch? I saved money and found a fantastic team of financial professionals at Brokaw who gave me a rate of 3.39% for my tier 1 credit! Stay away from CoVantage Credit Union and stop in to be treated like a real customer by doing business with the fun, caring ladies at Brokaw Credit Union! They are truly AMAZING! In the past few years, customer service has gone downhill. I have been a member of this Credit Union for 62 yrs and I have never received such shoddy service and poor customer service relations as I have in the past 5 years. When I call to discuss an issue with my account, I am met with rude, unhelpful, dismissive dialog instead of focusing on resolving the issue. I will be closing my account in the near future. As a person with many years experience in the customer service field, I find the rude, overtalking, dismissive attitude and behavior unacceptable and unprofessional. Just because I am 62 yrs old does not prove I've "forgotten" how I have managed my money or what I have paid or not paid from my account. read more

We recently moved two vehicle loans to CVCU. We'd had a checking and savings account for a while, but were really impressed with the loans there. On one vehicle, we will pay it off one year sooner and reduced our interest rate by 2%! I had no idea that the dealer's "deals" weren't such a deal! read more
