We tried refinancing and we have excellent credit. Was all approved and not a word back from loan officer Jess Kosnicki. After multiple phones messages never heard back. After a month, we received paperwork in the mail with only my husbands name and the wrong interest rate that she didn't lock us in in time. After talking to friends and family we have heard nothing good about her. Not sure how she still has a job when she doesn't know how to do hers. Too bad they are losing business from her. read more
