As far as hotels go in San Angelo, this is definitely one of the better options. Recently built, this Courtyard is modern, clean, quiet and priced right. We checked online and upon arrival our keys were ready. The room was a good size for two people and everything was clean. I liked the many lighting options, numerous plugs and charging spots in the room. Our room also included a mini-fridge and microwave. The bathroom was clean and modern. The Paul Mitchell soap, shampoo, etc is a nice touch compared to most places generic options. While we didn't use it the hotel has a bar, which also serves Starbucks coffee and food options. At check-out the total price was correct and the manager friendly. We will definitely consider this location on our next visit.

After having to change hotels this Courtyard was a pleasant place to end up. We loved our suite they upgraded us to. The coffee area had Starbucks each morning and they did a great job accommodating us. Will definitely stay here again!

Had a very good experience staying here. We booked online and got a great price and the check in was smooth. They have a bar area that also has food available. They offer several beer brands and we got a couple and sat outside by the fire pit. Really nice area outside, in addition to the fire pit there is also a separate seating area with a tv. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It's a fairly new property so it has a new look to it. There were multiple outlets and charging ports located around the room, which was a nice touch. The shower is not entirely enclosed which I've seen at other properties, but not really a fan because the floor invariably gets wet. Overall a good room for the price and we all got a great nights rest and we really enjoyed the fire pit area.

    Nice seating area in room

This hotel is under construction & shouldn't have guests while in repair. The staff is very rude & inconsiderate. I would not recommend.

The staff was very helpful with all thing requested I had a problem figuring out how to work the remote for the tv couldn't figure out the volume and the young man came to my room to show me and I felt less than able once he showed me how it worked. I will go back just to crash in that glorious bed. They also have a great bar next to the pool that has fantastic cocktails and brunch in the AM. The pool isn't very large so make sure you take advantage during the early day as it got busy at night. They also have a food truck across the st with real cheesesteaks. I'm talking actual Philly wit wiz 1 1/2ft longs. They were open late so made for a great feast after the cocktails we had.

It's an older building, and it shows. The rooms look tired and very dark. The shades are wearing out on the windows. I turn all lights on with the windows open to make it bright enough. The heating/ac is controlled with a dial and not a thermostat that gives the temperature, so I find it hard to get to a temp that I like consistently. But the heater works well, so does the AC when I overshoot and get too hot. So, things can definitely be upgraded. I'm hoping the next time I come in for work the pancake maker is working. It only worked 1 day in times I was there when I was able to eat breakfast over 2 2 week stays (I only eat on the weekends and not on weekdays). I love Holiday Inn pancakes, and I'm not a huge pancake fan. Is this a deal breaker? No, but it is disappointing. The laundry is reasonably priced washer and dryer. The hotel location is convenient right off the freeway. I think Holiday Inn (in general) needs to get better sofas, theirs are so uncomfortably hard. I though it was the only the one in Wisconsin, but this one has the exact same sofas. I really like the bed. I stay here pretty regularly for work, and I'll continue staying here because the staff are so nice. They have a fridge and microwave which is what I need.

Hallways are narrow and creepy, carpet is dated, lobby is extremely small. We took a quick peek in our room - the bedspread was torn down the middle, and it looked like a motel 6 from the 1990s. We turned around, got our money back, left and stayed at newer property on the better side of town. We simply did not feel safe. This property is a dump and not worthy of the Hilton name.

I arrived a little before check-in (around 1:30pm). Front desk attendant said it would be another 45 min before my king room was ready. Ok, fair enough. I sat in the lobby and just chilled...until 3pm, when I asked if the room was ready, and they said, "no probably another hour" unless you want a double queen room on the third floor in an odd-number instead of the first floor in an even-numbered room. Fine. I needed to get to work so I accepted. Bad move. As someone noted, there is a car garage behind the hotel. I think I slept a total of 12 hours over three days, as there was constant traffic and banging around over there. The bathroom had a number of long black hairs in the bathtub back by the shower curtain. I'm blonde with short hair . . . the sink didn't drain, the carpet is worn, but that wasn't from vacuuming, because I dropped something and it came up covered in . . . long black hair. Gross. The beds are bouncy and uncomfortable, the TV is outdated (no streaming), and breakfast is a joke. Clearly they're trying to save money: the hot food must be distributed by the breakfast attendant (who was very nice and friendly!) which I haven't seen since COVID. Minimal selection, stuff wasn't refilled, so I ate basically nothing from it other than a cup of juice. Not the quality I'd expect from a Hilton.
