The staff is great here, the property is really well kept and modern, good location close to the airport. However, they did goof up my reservation. I was scheduled for a king and they got me into two queens, and I literally heard them upgrade my king room to the person in front of me, checking in, which was kind of a disappointment?

Love the long entryway to the room.

Had a nice stay at the Courtyard. I travel a lot for work and always stay at Courtyards. This hotel is a nice updated clean hotel. Staff are friendly and attentive and the room was great. Would stay here again! The Restaurant close by West Texas Chop House was really good.

The one redeeming quality of our room is this patio with pool access sidewalk.

Looks like a newer hotel from the outside but much like many new places I've been to, cheap construction seems to be the standard now for these chain hotels. We checked in later in the day, so there wasn't a lack of time for prep work but there were quite a few little things that needed attention. The Ice bucket lid had condensation like water on it, and on closer inspection, a couple mold spots and dust collected. The refrigerator is small, smaller than any I've had in other hotels. I noticed it wasn't very cool and after checking, it was frozen up so cooling was not working right. Also it was missing the shelf so half the storage was not available. Lots of stains and spots on walls and floors that make you wonder what happened and how clean it is. The toilet paper holder inconveniently spins and falls apart, only connects at one side so the paper falls off once it's moved a little. On inspection I was able to completely disassemble it. The toilet ended up overflowing and flooding into the outer sink area after my son used it on day two. On to the good things: The beds were comfy. We liked the angled pillows that were basically the headboard. We are trying to find some for our house now! The room itself is a nice size, and ours was first floor, with a sliding door that opened out to a walled area. A sidewalk leads to the pool and there are a couple patio chairs. The pool is good sized considering the cheap ones that seem to be in newer places now. The kids had a great time for several hours. Walked back to the room in the warm El Paso weather and hung our towels and suits to dry on the chairs for later. That convenience and the nice pool are worth coming back for. A few more downsides before we wrap this up. No breakfast included with this room, unless you opt to add it. The cafe in the lobby is probably good but not a family budget friendly establishment. If you're in the Starbucks crowd, they serve Starbucks coffee and $10 breakfast sandwiches. We opted for nearby food. One closet and only two drawers make for limited storage if you're here for a while. Wife was not impressed at all. She also mentioned the lack of what used to be pretty standard, a hair dryer. Overall, if we didn't have other options, I would demand this or one of the rooms poolside to stay here again because it was nice to walk out to the pool. But if we happened to have bad weather this would crumble to a no good situation.

Beautiful beds and the lights light up the room perfectly.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We are on a road trip and my kids said the room is the best room they have stayed in so far. Beautiful decor and very clean. I was nervous about the white sheets and blankets with my kids but they loved the room so much they made sure to keep it clean. The staff is so helpful. Very kind and friendly employees everywhere we went. We enjoyed this stay and wish the hotel wasn't booked up for our return trip. We definitely recommend this hotel for anyone passing through Las Cruces.

    AC encased, limiting airflow

Great location but is going down hill. Major water stain in room that is developing mold, bathroom vent was filthy, the glass partition in the shower is so poorly designed that water soaks the bathroom floor But a real issue is the AC. When you are building a hotel room in the southwest. You seriously need to focus on the how airflow and air conditioning will be in the room. The one thing you don't do is encase the unit with a shelving and cabinets and then place a desk in front of it to lower the airflow. Very badly designed

Mind blowing place to experience!…read more Ok, so right off the base, you are hit with this extravagant looking manor with transcendent looking lights and tall gated entrances and tall stands with fire in them. Beautifully decorated hostess stand area with flower bouquets and all kinds of floral accents. Getting to this entrance was a bit of a hassle with either finding parking that's not too far on the streets or waiting in a bit of a line for valet. At least valet is included with your ticket that you purchase in order to attend any of their events. This night also had one complimentary glass of wine, red or white. I went on their Italian night themed events, which included an endless serving of pasta that you mix and match on these cards they give you. Each time you finish a plate, you can get another card and pick your next combo. It does take a while to finally get your next plate though, so you may want to anticipate that. I highly recommend their alfredo or bolognese sauces! I wasn't a fan of their pesto nor their vegetable pasta, which proved to be a veggie based pasta. We ended up being on the 2nd floor which served to be a bit of a hassle for either waiting on food or retrieving your self serve salad or dessert, which were downstairs. We made our way down for some antipasta and decided to hold off on bringing up desserts because we didn't want to crowd the table. Well, we soon found out that we should have grabbed it while the taking was good... meaning, all those lovely looking desserts that we saw at the beginning were absolutely GONE. We got lucky that they happen to bring out these other random finger desserts like a blondie or lemon tart or small cuts of cheesecake. So that was a bit of a bummer. You will definitely get a kick out of touring the manor as they had multiple different themed rooms. I absolutely ADORED their bridal themed one and they had this killer Chinese New Year one. Best part was their apparent "secret tour" which led you upstairs to a third floor where they had a billiard and bar lounge. Supposedly it's a bit haunted too so the employee who brought us up there said he never goes up there by himself. Neat right?! lol Highly highly recommend this experience! Just make sure you take head all my advice for parking, nabbing desserts ahead of time, and anticipating your next round of pasta! so get a table downstairs basically lol.
