Really close to the Airport with a free hotel shuttle available. The rooms are clean and well kept! You can hook your Nintendo Switch to the TV, no problem. Uber Eats options are endless. It's a business hotel so very quiet. 10 out of 10 would stay again!

I stayed at the Fairfield Inn a few days and the first impression was a good one, it's close to the airport and has a Corner Bakery next door. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. But, as soon as I walked into the room I started noticing the room was a bit dirty, I wasn't about to call and complain since I was a bit tired and just needed rest. As I opened the dresser I found yellow cheese (sandwich) wrappers inside the drawer, the shower had several hairs left behind and there was cheese on the bathroom wall :( not cool at all.

Great place to stay at and it's close to the airport. They offer shuttle service and breakfast in the morning. We were able to check in early at 11 since our room was available. Rooms are very clean and nicely designed. It has a microwave & refrigerator. Rooms have a separate seating area too. Bathrooms are nice with large shower and built in shampoo, conditioner & body wash on wall. Fitness center was small but enough to get the job done. It had two treadmills, one elliptical & one weight bench and a full set of weights. Staff was very friendly. They have water & coffee all day it seems which is a nice touch.

Like most places on Yelp, this place is overrated. I was going to give them 1 star, but, I had a change of heart. This Fairfield is located near the airport in what looks like an older neighborhood. They are different from most of the Fairfield's that I've been to. Where was the suite? The suite wasn't in my room. The other Fairfield's I've been to have a living room/seating area with a couch and bar area for us to sit at. This one did not. Lacking also was what most newer hotels have...USB ports for recharging electronics. The room itself was adequate, but, seemed dated. The beds were okay. I was able to get a good nights sleep, but, I think my allergy medicine had a lot to do with it. Bathroom was adequate. They did have products from the Tea Tree by Paul Mitchell like soaps and shampoo that both my wife and daughter liked. The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. They had the normal scrambled eggs and sausages. They were well stocked with food. For some reason, I liked their breakfast. I'm not sure how the other El Paso hotels are, but, I don't think they are much better. I'll be nice and give them 3 stars. But, they really need a makeover.

Nothing special. Small gym, outer pool and the breakfast was decent. The price was about $100 a night. I would stay again.

Very enjoyable stay here at the Fairfield Inn this past week and I cannot say that about every Fairfield Inn I have encountered.

The kitchenette is sufficient to longer stays. Front desk staff weren't always at the front desk and in the back but when I went to the front desk, they noticed me immediately. But one lady wasnt the most friendly. The bad...as i mentioned i went to the front desk a few times. My keycard would stop working randomly. It was extremely frustrating. It happened to me 3 times in my 2 nigjt stay. There were crumbs outside in the hallway in front of my door upon my arrival. I stayed 2 nights, the crumbs were there upon my departure which tells me the staff doesnt vacuum daily or even every other day. The food in the morning was cold and dry. I arrived at midnight via Uber from the airport so I just wanted to go shower and straight to bed. I was hungry the next morning. The waffle maker timer is broken so I had to estimate how long is was cooking my waffles before I noticed it wasnt counting down. Lastly, there was a bug in my room...ill stop short of identifying it as a roach but ive attached a photo.

The bedding did not get changed. I asked them again and they gave me bedding to change it myself. When I took the sheet off, I saw a large urine stain on the mattress protector. So I just took that off. Then I went to wash my hands and there was no soap. I had to go back downstairs and request that as well. They did give me an extra bottle of water for my troubles though. The room was pretty run down and clearly not well cleaned. The shower curtain rod sagged in the middle so I couldn't close the shower curtain when I showered and got water everywhere. The towels were very stiff, had a bit of a smell to them and were stained. I honestly didn't want to use them. The gym was decent. 2 treadmills, 2 electrical, and a peleton. Breakfast was not so great. I had a made to order omelet but it just wasn't good. Neither was anything else I tried. I did appreciate that the mattress was a softer one instead of the firm mattresses you usually get at hotels. And the water for showers did get really hot which I love. I booked a room next to the stairwell as I prefer stairs to the elevator but the stairwell exit/entrance is on the outside with no re-entry. So you can go down them but can't go up them. I didn't get a chance to go to the daily evening reception but it looked pretty popular. All in all, this hotel needs some TLC and I would advise anyone to book accommodations elsewhere.

We have family in El Paso to stay with, but absolutely cannot pass up an opportunity to keep coming back to Embassy. This trip was sadder than most as we were dealing with second funeral this year . A huge shout out to the night (manager?) concierge Cynthia Martin, she was the nicest most sincere person, but she truly made the hotel welcoming when we got in at 3 AM. Everybody at Embassy suites is very nice, but Miss Martin truly went out of her wayto express her condolences. We had a great time at the pool and enjoy our breakfast every morning but again Cynthia Martin really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

I've stayed at this hotel many times in the past few years and I didn't expect anything different…read morefrom my stay last night, but it was the worst experience I've ever had at this hotel. I arrived late in the evening and the lady at the desk rushed me through check in without bothering to inform me of the amenities or when breakfast was served. I'm very familiar with these things but this was the first time they were not mentioned. I was given the option to pick which floor I would like to be on and I chose the ground floor. I'm usually assigned to the second or third floor so I thought not having to go up the stairs would be nice for a change. Oh how wrong I was... My room was really close to the lobby and I could hear the muffled voices and shuffling of every person who walked through the area. Someone had a really bad cough and they weren't being quiet about it. I went to the soda fountain a couple of times during the night to refill my cup and the lady at the desk scowled at me every time. I guess I was interrupting the videos she was watching on her phone. The noise from the lobby eventually quieted down and I was able to fall asleep around midnight, but then I was abruptly woken up at 5am by the fire alarm. I wasn't sure what it was at first because it was a sharp shriek that cut off and repeated every 10 seconds or so instead of a continuous siren like most fire alarms. I went out into the hall to see other guests wondering what was going on. I went to the front desk and another employee was fiddling with the emergency controls in the red box on the wall. She was manually silencing the alarm every time it went off, which explained the sudden cut off in the noise. She asked what I wanted and I asked if there was an emergency and if we needed to evacuate. She nonchalantly told me that someone was either smoking in their room or tampering with the fire alarm but there was no emergency. I was concerned about the latter statement but she told me there was nothing she could do about it. She was on the phone with someone (maybe the management, or maybe the fire department) but I was too irritated to care so I went back to my room. Many more guests had entered the lobby in various states of confusion and concern but they were also told "no emergency." I tried going back to sleep but I couldn't due to all the other people in the area, and then I started hearing what I thought was an air compressor filling it's tank. I couldn't figure out what the noise was exactly, but it happened every 5 minutes and would last about 30 seconds before stopping. I went back to the hallway and looked at the elevator but it made a different sound. Since sleep was no longer an option, I stayed awake and packed up around 7:30am. On my way to the lobby I heard the sound again and realized that it was being made by these two commercial refrigerators in a closet at the end of the hall. I was sort of right in the fact that it was a compressor making the noise, but I didn't think a refrigerator was the cause. There was a different lady at the desk and she didn't ask about my stay when I checked out. She asked if I wanted my receipt, but that was it. If she was informed about the chaos that happened a few hours earlier, I imagine she didn't want guests to have the invitation to complain by asking "how was everything?" I was too tired and pissed off to say anything so I left. I had booked my reservation three weeks ago and got a great deal on the one night for $80 (it was actually $95 after taxes). My previous stay at this hotel was about three months ago and after last night, I'm seriously reconsidering staying at this hotel again. Oh, there's also an abandoned van sitting in the parking lot. It's been out there for at least five months and the tires are all flat. I asked the staff about it during my last stay because I keep seeing it but they told me it wasn't their concern. So a broken down, abandoned vehicle languishing in your parking lot isn't your concern? Ok.

I searched…read morehigh and low for a decent hotel and to my surprise, I found this Best Western with solid Yelp and Google reviews across the board. The rates were affordable, so I booked it for a night as I traveling to NM by morning. It was an 8-hour drive from Austin and I had arrived late, however, I was greeted with smiles from the front desk staff. There was plenty of parking since they shared parking with the next-door hotel. The room I received did not have much of a view, but a tree. It was fine since the room was clean and did not have a musty odor. There was decor representing El Paso and even the headboard had an "ELP" graffiti mural on it which was a nice touch of character. I loved the bright lime green and the blue colors which added more charm to the room. It was modernized with a twist. The bed slept comfortably soft as well as the pillows. I slept like a baby, to say the least. Upon walking up in the morning, I got dressed to go downstairs for breakfast. I was shocked to find out that they had something that I could eat. I got a bowl, some bananas, granola, with Kikkoman Pearl Soymilk in vanilla and had a fulfilling breakfast. I absolutely loved my stay at this Best Western! It was a pleasant experience and I honestly cannot wait to stay again.
