I love this Courtyard. It's updated, modern but super comfortable, and the staff here is always terrific. I often stay here and take advantage of their park and fly package. It's nice to be close to SeaTac for crack-of-dawn flights. Rooms are spacious and the work area is convenient. I appreciate that they don't have the tiny shampoo bottles, etc and have switched to dispensers. A small feature but every bit helps! The Bistro has some tasty offerings and is reasonably priced, too.

This hotel is very clean, updated and conveniently located to restaurants within walking distance. You can either have it your way and walk to Burger King or Thai it up with spice like we did at a nearby Thai restaurant. There is a Target, Starbucks, Total Wine, dollar store and many more all within a short jaunt. The mall is within walking distance as well. The rooms are very spacious, clean, comfortable and a free shuttle to the airport is available, just notify the front desk of the time you would like to leave the night before. Shuttle leaves at the top of the hour. They suggest leaving 2 hours prior to flight departure. A bonus is a flat screen displaying all the flight departures for the day and two computers to either side of it with a printer in between. This hotel is located 15 minutes from the SEA-TAC airport. This a great hotel to book closer to the airport when looking to fly out of SEA-TAC. It is roughly half a 30 minute cab ride from Pier 66 in Downtown Seattle. I'm sure it's cheaper to use Lyft or Uber, but we paid for a flat rate cab for $40. Staff was nice and friendly, the hotel is nice and the rooms are super spacious and clean. Super deal for being able to use my Marriott Rewards!

Stayed here last week for 3 nights for the first time. Was not impressed, for $300 a night??? Rooms NEED updating. These are S.F. prices guys. While the bathroom felt clean, the rest of the room felt grungy and worn out. My room had a cracked dirty window I could hardly see out. It did have a fridge, but sadly and weirdly the door opened on the wrong side of inner cabinet, so was difficult to use. Even my check in was only ok, both Agents were on the phone while I was standing and waiting, one actually got ON the phone after I walked up geeez. They didnt ask me about my rewards number either, I had to mention it myself. Still not having seen credit for that stay on my profile a week later I had to contact customer service....check your rewards, dont trust them to credit it. AND they never emailed my bill to me, so AGAIN I had to contact them to get a statement to be able to process my expenses. If my company wasnt paying for the stay I would have checked out and found a nicer place to stay.

Room was outdated and the bathroom was barely clean. Wouldn't be visiting this property anytime soon.

I waited over 20 minutes just to check out of my room during the early morning hours. That is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a Hampton Inn. Let me be absolutely clear: Jiyah, the employee who eventually helped me, was professional, honest, calm, and respectful. He was also setting up breakfast at the same time, which immediately made it obvious that this situation was not his fault. He was doing the work of multiple people because management failed to staff the hotel adequately between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM. This is not a "busy morning" excuse. This is poor scheduling, poor planning, and poor leadership. There was no manager present, no backup staff, and no contingency plan. Guests were left waiting because management decided that cutting labor costs was more important than basic guest service. Checkout is one of the most fundamental hotel operations. If leadership cannot execute something this simple, it raises serious red flags about how the rest of this property is run behind the scenes. Jiyah deserves recognition for maintaining professionalism while being set up to fail. Management deserves every bit of this review. If you value your time, your patience, or competent leadership, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Extremely disappointing stay at Interurban Suites in Tukwila, WA…read more We stayed for one week. Our stay was fully booked and non-refundable, but ongoing issues led us to cancel our planned extension. Samantha was professional and helpful when I spoke with her previously, resolving an automatically charged pet fee and advising me to call the next day between 8am-4pm to request a room refresh. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff did not meet the same standard. Marquita at the front desk was rude and dismissive, failing at the most basic role of customer service--the face of the hotel--and leaving a lasting negative impression. Towels delivered to our room were stained, worn, and unhygienic. Housekeeping staff Raina, present when the towels were addressed to the front desk, dismissed the issue as "guest misuse," claimed she saw nothing wrong, and insisted the batch came from a "new shipment" that was clearly inadequate. Photos document the condition. Manager Travis promised a room refresh within 15 minutes and said he would address the situation. Raina arrived over an hour later and exchanged the stained towels for cleaner, unstained ones, but no other cleaning was performed and the hygiene concerns remained unresolved. Due to poor service, unresolved hygiene issues, and staff negligence--including lack of follow-through--we decided not to extend our stay. These issues reflect a clear lack of standards and accountability. Rebecca O.

But once got here, the bathroom faucet is dirty and rusty. Bathroom is tight. The pull out couch still had old sheets on there from previous guests. Heads up for families, or solo female travelers; there are a lot interesting characters always lingering throughout the parking lot and near the buildings and rooms. It was a 3 night stay during the cold weather. The first night, the heater was broken and although the maintenance guy did come- he didn't fix anything. First night slept in the freezing cold, 2nd night they had it fixed but the dialer was broken so woke up in a pool of sweat. And it's not the safest neighborhood in town - didn't feel safe to leave windows open through the night. 3rd night was no better - hot then cold then waking up sweaty. They never came back to fix it. One bedside lamp didn't have any bulbs and the other bedside lamp with the bulbs- it doesn't work. You're only provided with one pair of silverware in your kitchen- good luck trying to feed your family. One toilet paper roll for the entire stay. Living room is dark and no extra light is provided. The place smell of new furniture but half of the things in your room was either broken, unsatisfactory or unsanitary. Price they're charging- rip off for sure.

Their breakfast can compare to military chow. No bueno.

I can't say enough about this room (rooms). It was a two room suite with a separate bedroom and living room. The living room had a comfortable sofa and table, a round dinner table and bar, and a great, large, functional desk. Having a separate workspace made life easier and I didn't need to shut my laptop and/or remote screen due to light.
