I waited over 20 minutes just to check out of my room during the early morning hours. That is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a Hampton Inn. Let me be absolutely clear: Jiyah, the employee who eventually helped me, was professional, honest, calm, and respectful. He was also setting up breakfast at the same time, which immediately made it obvious that this situation was not his fault. He was doing the work of multiple people because management failed to staff the hotel adequately between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM. This is not a "busy morning" excuse. This is poor scheduling, poor planning, and poor leadership. There was no manager present, no backup staff, and no contingency plan. Guests were left waiting because management decided that cutting labor costs was more important than basic guest service. Checkout is one of the most fundamental hotel operations. If leadership cannot execute something this simple, it raises serious red flags about how the rest of this property is run behind the scenes. Jiyah deserves recognition for maintaining professionalism while being set up to fail. Management deserves every bit of this review. If you value your time, your patience, or competent leadership, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Comfortable bed and spacious room. Spacious fitness center too. They seem to have a free shuttle to and from the airport too but I would double check. The only 2 knocks would be I wish their breakfast had more offerings and I wish parking was free. I'd be happy to stay here again.

I stayed at the Home2 Suites by Hilton recently. I was on the bottom floor, and unfortunately,…read moresomeone nearby was smoking (either in the hall or another room), which made my room smell strongly of weed. There was also some early-morning noise outside my window around 5 a.m., which was unsettling. The room had a kitchenette with a fridge, drawers with utensils, and a sink for washing dishes, and a microwave.. The space felt updated but didn't seem very clean. The couch could fold out, but it looked worn and dirty. The decor was a bit off as well. There were funky green and yellow colors that didn't feel very inviting. The hotel offers a pool and breakfast, which included waffles, cereal, yogurt, and muffins. The rooms are spacious. The front desk staff were kind and accommodating, including granting a late checkout. They also offered to reimburse my Uber to the hotel and back to the airport when the lobby shuttle was unavailable. The area around the hotel felt a little sketchy. I was glad I took an Uber instead of walking to the nearby shopping center. The hotel is relatively close to the airport, and the shuttle service is available, though I didn't use it personally. Overall, the room and atmosphere didn't feel clean or comfortable to me, and I would not stay here again.

Housekeeping comes every other day during your stay. The couch also has a pull out bed, allowing the room accommodate up to four people. The kitchen area has dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. and the refrigerator has a decent amount of space. Breakfast is included with your stay. They provide hot food as well as other continental breakfast items. The food isn't the best, but there are still some decent options. The seating area downstairs is not the most clean, but you can always take the food up to the room.

Marked down to 4 because ai do t think you should have to pay extra ($20/night) to park at a hotel you are already paying to stay at. Just my opinion. Room-5- Would be a 6 if I gave a 6. I can't say enough about this room (rooms). It was a two room suite with a separate bedroom and living room. The living room had a comfortable sofa and table, a round dinner table and bar, and a great, large, functional desk. Having a separate workspace made life easier and I didn't need to shut my laptop and/or remote screen due to light. Mattress/pillows-5-Maybe the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in, not sure what made it that way but it was. Elevator speed/availability-4-Elevators were pretty quick, lost a point because one of the three elevators was down the entire time I was there. It's a big hotel and two elevators can slow down guest. Gym/pool-5-Again I would give the gym a 6 if I gave 6's. A great selection of dumbbells, cardio equipment, kettlebells and a smith rack with a straight bar and handles. (It would be nice to have more handles for the smith machine but that's not a deal breaker) Restaurant-3- I ordered from the bar not the restaurant so I can only speak to the bar. I am not a fan of being asked to tip before I receive my food but most places seem to be heading this way. My food order was messed up pretty badly and I was in a hurry so I was stuck with it. The person behind the bar didn't write down my order so I'm sure that's why it was messed up, the other person behind the bar that I paid was a little rude. Needless to say I won't eat at the bar for the remainder or in the future. Staff-5-Even with the bar staff the admissions folks at the front desk and other employees (maintenance and at the in-house Starbucks) were fantastic and very helpful. Price-5-Seemed appropriate and fair. Overall-5-My new favorite Hilton, I will definitely stay here again and I recommend you check it out if you are in/around Seattle. Shout out- Renee at the front desk was fantastic. Bonus- There is an Outback in the front parking lot, and a giant mall (Southcenter Westfield Mall) right across the street with tons of food options and a theatre).

Simple and contemporary hotel design, this hotel was booked very last minute because The Seahawks had a victory parade in downtown Seattle which overbooked a lot of downtown hotels. With a very short drive to and from the airport, you have many restaurants and shopping to choose from in the Tukwila area compared to staying near or around SeaTac. Luckily rooms were available. Very clean and comfortable, I didn't get to use all the facilities as this was just an overnight stay. My room had 2 double beds, mini fridge, large TV, black out curtains, medium size bathroom with plenty of extra towels, coffee maker, iron & ironing board, equipped with central air con and an in-room safe for securing your belongings. Front desk was extremely warm and welcoming. Nearby eateries such as Westfield SouthCenter Mall, Cheesecake Factory, Olive Garden, Nordstrom, AMC Theaters, and many other restaurants and businesses. At the time of check-out mid-afternoon, the surrounding area seemed very suburban and many business establishments all around. I wasn't awake in time for complimentary breakfast as I had come in from a very long and tiring flight the day before. But should have woke up at least an hour before it stopped serving breakfast at 10am.

I really liked the location since it was nearby Southcenter mall. Breakfast buffet was decent with pineapple, cantaloupe, biscuit and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage. Also got free orange juice.
