The lobby and bistro are well appointed. The front desk staff members are wonderful and accommodating. There's even an outdoor fire pit and gathering area. The room we stayed in wasn't very nice. The carpet and sofa were stained in several spots. There's mold in the corners of the shower area and the sink drains very slowly. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. read more

Stayed here for 5 nights and had 2 rooms. Was asked when we checked in if we wanted room service. We said yes. After the 2nd night of no service I asked the front desk for service. They said yes you're on our list for today. No service either room. This happened on day 3, 4 and 5. No service for either room the entire stay. We confronted them and they just acted ignorant. We asked for a manager. No manager around of course. No effort to accommodate us. This hotel is very poorly managed. Very unsatisfied. read more

Came here for a two night mini vacation. It's just off route 30 and 30 minutes from Lancaster. They have a nice fitness center, with working TVs. They also offer a bistro near the lobby. The room is equipped with a refrigerator , microwave and coffee pot. There is a ice machine on each floor. My room was clean and ready when I got here, which was way before checkin. The staff was helpful, especially Victoria. Plenty of hotel parking was available. Nice place to stay if you are in the area. read more

Went down to the bar bistro 10/6. It was 4:30pm. I sat a stool. There was a woman behind the bar cleaning and doing things just ignoring me . I played on my phone for a few minutes. Then I started to get annoyed . She finished one task then went to another. She continued to ignore me. I finally said HELLO. She said hi we don't open until 5. Well some customer service would have been to say hi right away ! Sorry miss , I don't open up until 5. Do not ignore me ! That was extremely rude . We went elsewhere for drinks . This was a newly renovated Marriott that we stayed in for a soccer tournament. I wanted it to be great since I had to book it for the entire team, however there were just too many things that happened to really recommend it to anyone else. Our room was clean and I didn't find any reason to complain there. AC adjusted quickly and it wasn't loud compared to some rooms I've stayed in. However, both of our room keys stopped working the 2nd night, even 15 minutes after using one of them. This happened to a few other team families as well and we had to go to the desk to have them reset. One of our team moms had a bag of her clothes taken from the room while we were at the games. She contacted the front desk as soon as we got back and she realized it, and they said they'd search for the clothes. She had to follow back up the next morning and they were never found. Another family's reservation was cancelled in the system and the girl at the front desk tried to blame the family and told them the hotel was unfortunately sold out. The manager was able to look in the system and see that this was caused by a glitch in the computer system and gave them a room for 2 nights. Upon checkin we were told breakfast was served from 7-10 am. However they neglected to tell us it was not a complimentary breakfast. Those that did opt to buy anything from the cafe were overcharged for terrible tasting food. The free Starbucks coffee in the lobby was about the only redeeming factor. read more

Just stayed for a wedding and was disappointed in the condition of the hotel. Elevators were scary! They could really use some maintenance work. My bathroom had mildew in the grout in multiple areas and the bathrooms were very humid. Even with the wall AC at 68. Never even used the shower, waited until I got home. Room setup was otherwise nice but the place is definitely outdated. Bar area was nice and staff were friendly & respectful. Would not stay here again though for condition of hotel. read more

QUICKIE REVIEW It's a Courtyard hotel, clean, tidy, and quaint. PARKING Yes, but not covered.  Keep this in mind for the winter months. SERVICE Did not use any. ROOM  Clean.   My biggest thing with going to any hotel is that it is clean first then comes everything else.  It's a Courtyard room and nothing to extravagant was expected.   Clean and comfortable, both were met. PRICE Roughly $100 a night. OTHER THOUGHTS Make sure you have something to scape ice if you come in the winter months.     The card with the housekeeper signing her name on it in regard to being responsible for my room was cool (see pic). read more

This was the second Courtyard that I visited on my road trip with my dad. We stayed in one in Roanoke Virginia as well. The main difference in the two was the Roanoke location was $100 cheaper a night and it offered a movable makeup mirror in the room as well as provided makeup remover wipes. I found both of these items convenient and missed not having them at this location. But I will say the pillows in this location (Pennsylvania) were sooo much more comfortable. They were the soft fluffy type your head sinks into. Right after we checked in the electricity went out in the room. It was crazy. We soon learned the whole hotel was out of electricity by going out in the hall and asking a few people. The key cards worked without electricity and the hall was bright with emergency lights. Our room was quickly hot however. I showered using the light from my cell phone. There was plenty of hot water. I was surprised no one came around and let us know what was going on. We had to leave and find somewhere to hang out cause it was just too hot. The traffic light leaving the hotel was out too so we think it was the area and not just the hotel. The next day when we checked out, my dad asked the guy at the counter for a discount for the room having no electricity. The guy acted like he had no idea what he was even talking about. I got a yes from the cooler of drinks they sell. The guy did give me my tea for our inconvenience of the previous day. Behind the building I could see from my window there was a nice fire pit and chairs area. Might be worth a check out if you like that or it is a bit cooler. read more

Hold up wait a minute, this hotel is in Coatesville? You would have never known. This place is on point with the decor, service and love the cafe/bar they got going. However, the bar could stay open past 10pm and add a little more alcohol to the drinks. Don't be shy, I won't drive. The Lobby is huge and very comfortable. They have a TV in the lobby for entertaining and the outdoor patio is wonderful. I can't wait to return in the Spring to enjoy the fire pit. Food is good, wait it's great if you like bistro style eating. I do. Rooms are quality hotel rooms but those beds are my dream. I love the bed. So you ask, why so happy over the hotel? I'm a Hampton Inn chick when I travel I want consistency and free breakfast. That's the but after staying here I changed my mind. I feel pampered when I'm here. Lastly, the staff make you feel special. I invited my two family members itty bitties to come swim. After dinner the 5 yr old bored wanted to patrol the hotel to make sure the guest were behaving. She wants to be a police officer. So I entertained her. After 4 flights and twice through the hotel she repotted to desk manager that she had 5 citation to report. He was so impressed with her diligence that he let her choose a candy from their store. She left that day so proud of herself. Thank you for a wonderful two night stay. I'll be back read more

Beware that the pool is closed even though they still list it as an amenity on their website. We booked 5 months in advance and never received any notice that the pool had since been closed for renovation until we arrived. The pool was pretty important to my son who was here for a lacrosse tournament and after playing all day in the 90 degree heat likes to cool off in the pool when we return. The front desk refused to offer any compensation an stated that "it is clearly noted on our website" (a completely false statement). Unfortunately we were unable to book anywhere else due to the large lacrosse tournament that was in town. I will say that while the on site staff did not address my issue, the corporate office reached out to make things right. Based on their quick response upon becoming aware of my issues, I have revised my rating. read more

This is a nice, brand spanking new Courtyard Marriott in Coatesville, PA. I am very excited that it's here! I am from Louisiana and one of my offices is in neighboring Honey Brook, so until now, there really wasn'y anywhere nice to stay close by. The hotel is new, so everything is nice. The rooms all have the new Courtyard design and the foyer has a small bistro, coffee service, an interactive big screen TV, and a business center. The fitness center is new and has everything I need, and the outdoor courtyard area is very tastefully done. There is a pleasant, picture-esque creek flowing behind the courtyard, adding for some really nice views and ambiance. My only complaint with ALL Courtyard Marriots has to do with the air conditioners. For some reason, they decided that the best placement for the AC wall units was right next to the desk! So that means that when you are sitting at the desk doing work, you are freezing cold, and if you turn it off, the room quickly gets hot and muggy. So, I always end up having to rig my suitcase next to the unit to direct the air away... BOTTOM LINE: I will definitely be staying here often! Great hotel, and literally the ONLY descent place to stay anywhere around. read more

Hotel has an ipod dock radio in it. Hotel room over looked the nice stream behind the hotel. Extremely quiet room. Everything is brand new. Has a bistro that serves breakfast, lunch, n dinner plus alcohol and Starbucks coffees. They have mini market with all sorts of snacks for sale including ice cream and beer and wine. The beer selection want bad for a hotel snack bar, they had Sierra Nevada pale ale so it's all good. read more

I checked in at around 9:45pm. I went to my room and could feel the music from the hotel group room blaring. Literally could feel the walls shaking. The front desk gave me trouble about getting a refund and told me they would be done by 11. I am in the Army National Guard and am here for drill, and I was ready to go to bed. I started recording the noise to ensure I didn't get screwed since the front desk was hostile. The front desk told me not to record. I asked if I would be wrong to record if I was in another situation and they said (above the hip hop music so loud that it shook the walls) that I was wrong and shouldn't record. After 15 minutes they finally agreed to refund me. They gave me no evidence of refund and sent me on my way. This place should be shut down. Terrible. Avoid at all costs. Glad Marriott takes care of soldiers. read more

Booking this hotel for our wedding room block was the worst mistake we ever made. If you are getting married in this area, DO NOT use this hotel. Everything about our wedding was perfect and we would've never thought the hotel would be what caused all our problems. What's worse is that it's not even a lesser known hotel, it's a Marriott. I would've thought they'd have their stuff together. First of all, on top of everything that went wrong, getting ahold of someone in the sales department was nearly impossible. We booked more than enough rooms for the block and some of my guests were told (the day after my invitations went out) that the rooms were all booked up so they were turned away. Some of them also were given a higher rate than the discounted block rate. Additionally, we only learned this information from the guests that thought it was worth reaching out to us about. So there were probably guests that got turned away that we don't even know about and so we couldn't reach out to in order to rectify the situation. I must've told my contact there about 3 times that people were either being turned away or given the wrong rate. There were multiple weddings happening that weekend. Some guests from our wedding checked in and received the wrong welcome bag. The day of the wedding, the shuttle was scheduled to take the girls to the venue first, then the guys. However, the girls were running late so we had someone go down and tell them to swap it and take the guys first. The driver said no because that's not what he was told the schedule was. I had told them which room to charge the day-after breakfast to, and they charged it to the wrong one. I think the only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the post-wedding breakfast food was very good. But other than that, everything about this hotel was a disaster and I fully regret staying there. It made our wedding weekend so unnecessarily stressful. read more

My daughter reserved a block of rooms for her wedding. Of note, we had at least 15 rooms booked and our guests were planning on drinking and eating at the restaurant and bar for two days. This hotel botched every detail for months prior to the wedding up until check-in. Here are a few exchanges: "Our notes say that the father is paying for breakfast for guests" Which father? Andrew. We don't know any Andrew They turned guests away months prior to the wedding. "That block of rooms is filled" They were not filled and the assistant manager did not know why they were turning guests away. Maybe your guests got put into the national phone bank. (the wedding invitation has the phone number for this exact hotel location and the names of the bride & groom) You did not reserve the shuttle to the wedding venue. (we did and confirmed with email and phone calls 3-4 times) One of the many times I tried to reach the assistant manager and kept getting his voice mail, his assistant told me he could not answer the phone because he was "in the lavatory". The sales team was extremely rude on the phone and in emails. They basically called me a liar (mother of the bride) and said they did not say this or that. I had to re-send them their own emails to prove that I was not lying. They lied about returning phone calls. When you finally got one of the sales team members on the phone to confirm final plans, they threw up this excuse for not knowing the details "You are not our only wedding! We have three weddings this week!". They consistently put our guests on hold for 15-25 minutes at a time. At check in, the manager AGAIN said told the mother of the groom that "we did not reserve the shuttle". I had to rush over from the venue and show this manager emails and messages on my phone to prove it. DO NOT book rooms for any wedding. They have a very rude and disorganized staff at the sales and customer service levels. They gave the entire wedding party distress up until the day of the wedding. In the end, the rooms and the food were mediocre, and the room rate was not a bargain. read more

I enjoyed my stay. The lack of a complimentary coffee in the morning was upsetting. The Holiday Inns in the area provide a complimentary breakfast and coffee. If a basic room costs $180 a cup of coffee should not add $3 to your stay. Corporate greed? I stayed in the Marriott in the courtyard in PlymouthMeeting last month. They had complimentary coffee. I will never stay at another Marriott out of principle. I once worked for then when the corporate edict was every employee gets a good meal every day. How times have changed. read more

I am unimpressed. The hotel looks great but there wasn't one thing I enjoyed about my two nights in room 419. There is a self-check-in system which means when I dragged my staff inside on my first night, there's an empty desk with nobody there to greet me. Someone did come after several moments and checked me into a room on the front. My room was beautiful but extremely noisy from passing vehicles -- I had to change rooms immediately to one on the other side. No problem except that I had to drag everything back down, exchange room keys then drag everything back up. New room, 419, was very nice looking but two light bulbs weren't functioning (the ceiling light immediately inside the door and the ceiling light closest to the window). And there's a ring of dust around the perimeter of the room where the vacuum doesn't reach -- time to get out the crevice tool, folks. In the mornings, the elevators immediately outside my door began gonging starting at 5:30. Day two, there was a Marriot corporate meeting -- the one gal parked her vehicle over the line five spaces from the front door. If you work for corporate and are visiting one of the properties, I would think you would have the courtesy to park some distance from the entrance so that guests can use the spots near the entrance. And that you'd take care to only occupy one space. I got upstairs to my room only to find that my room key no longer worked; another trip back downstairs to have my key reprogrammed. There is no complimentary breakfast offered and coffee is Starbucks. I understand Starbucks is considered to be a premium brand and many folks love it -- but I don't -- especially when it's the only choice and I have to pay for it. Although coffee is supposedly available 24 hours, the "Bistro" was dark when I went to the cash register at 6:30 am to get a cup. The gentleman who waited on me didn't greet me and, in response to my "good morning," asked "What can I get for you?" Not friendly at all. My bed was stiff and felt like a loaf of stale bread. The TV faced a couch in my room and, when laying on the bed, you have to turn your head to see it. The couch had stains on the cushions. The internet was slow and unresponsive; faster internet is available for a fee. Two children occupied the computers in the lobby area each evening -- the one child appeared to belong to the desk clerk as they had the same facial features and complexion. Also, there were no other adults present. If my suspicion is true, I don't believe children of employees should be using amenities meant for guests. The hotel is located kind of in the middle of nowhere so there's nothing nearby to visit, to eat, shop, etc. We stayed for business only because there was nothing else within 15 miles of our work site. This hotel was a real disappointment. I've stayed at far less expensive hotels where people were much more friendly, the hotel offered more amenities and the rooms were cleaner. read more

Nothing in his hotel worked. The fridge did not work. We asked for assistance, someone came HOURS later and pressed a reset button which did nothing. The microwave did not work. We asked for an extra chair to play cards at 4pm, we did not receive a chair until 9pm. Considering the obscurity of the location, I imagine there aren't many options. But if there are, please explore them. read more

Very nice stay here! The staff is excellent and I really like this hotel. My sister lives close by so I will be staying here again. Clean and spacious rooms, plenty of places to sit and relax, a fire pit, pool and gym. My only downside would be that there is no complimentary breakfast and buying it from the bistro for several days could get pricey, but if you do they have a very tasty selection ( see photos) ! read more

If there's one thing you need to know about me, it's that I always stay at a Courtyard when I can if I'm traveling. It's always my first choice for a variety of reasons, primarily because I find the brand dependable - in my experience, Courtyards are always exceptionally clean, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are quiet, and the staff are helpful. This was the first Courtyard I have ever stayed at that didn't live up to my expectations, and I have stayed at many. First, the positives - the room was large, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and there was a mini-fridge in the room (score!). The staff were great, and I had dinner at the Bistro when I got in and breakfast the next morning, and both were fresh and tasty. However...the bathroom was not clean. There were hairs on the floor and in the bathtub, and the bottom of the bathtub had yellow stains on it. I have never had this experience at a Courtyard before, and I was grossed out...too grossed out to use the bathtub, which I had specifically requested because I thought it would be relaxing after a long drive in from Toronto. But it just wasn't clean, and I was very disappointed. This is a Courtyard, and the brand has certain standards that I have come to expect, and this one just didn't live up to my expectations. read more

Quick easy check in, the front desk worker mike was very nice and pleasant..... The main floor is beautiful, with plenty of places for a good picture. They have a mini market that stays open all day which is a plus. The bar area looks nice. A printing station and computer's Now let's talk about the room!!!!! I was so happy that is had a full bathroom with full privacy, and the stand up shower was wonderful and equipped with a lot of towels.......... The room itself was great we had a decent size pull out couch which would be perfect for 1 adult or two small kids a full desk a closet and of course an iron and iron board. This hotel is great if your passing thru on vacation and need a place to stay or if your doing business in the surrounding area. There was only a gas station not to far that had a store in it, if your looking for snacks or food. Would I stay here again yes Unfortunately we stayed during the winter so we couldn't enjoy the nice fire pit outside and the scenery read more

If you are a Marriot rewards member and are accustomed to good service, try another Marriott property (Fairfield or Residence Inn in Great Valley/Exton). You will not find good service at this location. Staff can barely operate their own booking system. They are, however, not short on providing excuses to cover themselves. It's a shame since the property is brand new and hotel options are limited in the Coatesville area. I was supposed to stay 2 nights in a King Suite using reward points. I was able to book a standard room on-line with no problems. I called the property directly to inquire about an upgrade to the King Suite. I was told that there were a number of King Suites available during my time-frame. According to staff at the property, they were not able to upgrade until check-in. Only Marriot Rewards staff could complete the upgrade prior to check-in. I called Rewards and they informed me that they were not able to do this, but as a courtesy they would call the property directly to ensure the upgrade. They put me on hold, contacted the property, and indicated that I would be upgraded. I arrived at the property, no King Suites were available. I checked marriot.com and King Suites were available for purchase on the web that day. I was told that a wedding party took the King Suites. Also told that my reservation merely noted that I "prefer" King Suite. After a long day of traveling with my wife and two toddlers, I declined to engage in a semantics discussion. 10 minutes of fruitless searching of a reservation system the staff member admitted she did not know how to use very well led to a meltdown by kids in the lobby. Very frustrating. I checked out a night early, no inquiry by the staff about my early departure. I specifically asked if my promotional "free night" certificate would be used for the one night stay vice my points. I was told that the certificate would be used. When I got home, discovered that they processed the "free night" certificate and deducted 10K points. I had to call Marriot Rewards this morning to fix the problem with my points. They were not able to provide any explanations why the property would process the free night certificate and deduct points. read more

I just wanted to follow up my last review by mentioning that our mysterious itchy bites that started when we woke up in the Marriot (please read previous review) - turned out to be BED BUGS. My (now) fiancee and I have spent $1,000 trying to get rid of them, and have been living out of our car (air mattress in the back of a station wagon) for the last three and a half weeks - yes we have family and friends all of whom have made very generous offers, but do you know how f***ing contagious those nasty things are? We will NOT risk giving them to ANYONE else. Eventually, we lucked out, and happened to find a new apartment, but I'm mad that we have to move just because the Marriot was negligent! Well, me being me, I decided to call and complain - I did not ask for ANYTHING, no compensation, NOTHING, I just wanted them to know that they had this issue so that they didn't give bed bugs to anyone else (grr). Here's what happened: I called the Marriot manager to complain. First he was a little bit sympathetic but mostly defensive: "Oh that's terrible, but of course you can't prove where you got them. Hmm, I can't even find you in our systems. Maybe you didn't stay here." Me: "Yes we did stay at your Marriot - there is only one Marriot Courtyard in the Coatesville area, and no, it's not hard to prove - I went to sleep in YOUR HOTEL without any bites, woke up with bites, continued to get bites every day there after. Then, I found BED BUGS. Isn't it kind of obvious that they came from your hotel? We didn't stay anywhere else before or after." Marriot Manager (hereafter MM): "Well, maybe, but it's still not clear, you might not be remembering correctly. It's been a couple of weeks." Me: "Sir, I documented my whole experience on Yelp, including the fact that you weren't on duty when you were supposed to be on duty, and I included in the review the emergence of mysterious bites the subsequent morning, so I am certain that I am not mis-remembering anything." MM: "I wish you hadn't done that." He said, like a beaten dog. He tried to figure out what our name was (it took a WHILE) and then, when he finally found our name could not figure out what room we were in - remember how I told you that they had botched the arrangements? Anyway, he couldn't figure out where we had stayed so he told me he would call me back. FOUR DAYS LATER, he called me back and said that he was sure we had stayed in room 424, which he claimed to have checked and said that there were no bed bugs. I told him that while I couldn't remember the precise number (though I was sure we had stayed on the fourth floor) I was pretty sure that 424 wasn't correct. He contradicted me and said that he had researched (for FOUR DAYS) and that he was certain. I told him that, I did not think he was correct, and I thought that he should probably have the entire fourth floor checked just in case. He was silent. I spoke with my fiance who said that he was pretty sure that we had stayed in room 416, and so I called the manager back to say so. I couldn't get through. A couple of days later I received a call from their insurance company who just wanted to "double check the story". I told her that we just wanted them to know that they have bed bugs so that they could take care of the problem, and that they shouldn't just check a room that they couldn't even be sure was ours, but that they needed to, at the very least, check the fourth floor. She dutifully took notes and told me she would call me if they found anything. Yeah freakin right. So mad. Just so mad. That's all. Stay here again? Yes Yelp, you say it best: Eek! Me thinks NOT. And now, I am skeptical of all Marriots - especially since they don't seem to hire people with good customer service skills, or keep track of their records very well. Since I have tons of practice now, I would rather sleep in my notably bed bug free station wagon thank you very much... read more

This Courtyard seemed new when I was there. Check in was efficient and I was greeted as a Platinum Member. Was upgraded to a Suite. Not much to do in the direct area of the hotel nothing is in walking distance. Not much to do in Coatesville either. But the hotel was less than 10 minutes from the hospital where I was working, room was clean and comfortable, friendly staff and under $150 a night. Nice place to stay if your working in the area. The Wi-Fi was shotty but I would assume the fixed this by now. read more

Pros: Hotel is new, clean, good location, staff are friendly & helpful, room is good size - comfortable bed. Lobby Seating area very nice, fire pit outside nice touch. View of river/woods outside our window. Ample parking and clean. Room rate was fair. Cons: Noise - from 12am to almost 230. I had little sleep 1st night. People returning from a wedding. I would normally lower a hotel rating because of this, but felt the hotel desk staff made effort to contain the noise. (Unfair to hold it against the hotel - immature 20somethings running thought the halls drunk & screaming just to wake people up for fun?) The second night was fine...the wedding party had left. Note to hotel: Monitoring the hallways/all areas during a large wedding party stay should be mandatory. I called the desk to complain around 12-1am...I could also hear them screaming outside our windows so screaming was in other areas as well. Also, make better efforts to keep guests away from large wedding party groups. read more

The hotel staff were all very nice, and the room was clean and nicely decorated. The pool is small, but the fitness center was nicely equipped. Our only complaint was with the food choice. The Bistro was a complete disaster. There was not enough staff on any of the days we were there, and they were running themselves ragged trying to help with the lines of people. They were consequently short (almost to the point of rude) when people were forced to return incorrect drinks and menu items or ask about things that were missing from their orders. This unfortunately happened each morning of our four night stay. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again, but skip the Bistro unless they figure out how to manage their time, positions, and customer service better. read more

I would not of given this a hotel even a 1 star but had no choice. Never use this hotel. We stayed here for my daughters wedding. We had over 50 rooms. I was in contact with Cory the sales manager for over 8 months. He is horrible and quite honestly I am do disgusted with Marriott Corporate also. They charged me $900 for stale bagels a little fruit (which i had no problem paying for) if any of my guests had any of it out of the over 100 people staying at the hotel barley 25 had anything since no one at the front desk told them about the breakfast. I was told there would be a sign informing them but the only indication was a small sign on the wall at door of the room which was no where near the front of the hotel. We were also told the shuttle will run for our guests it did not. Please us another hotel for a wedding. They take your money and do nothing for you. read more

Stayed at this Courtyard Marriott during a recent work trip. The gentleman checking in was friendly, helpful and courteous. Room was in good condition, clean and had typical Courtyard amenities including free wifi. I got in late and was glad that the bistro served food till 10pm. I had a tuna salad sandwich was better than I expected and had the apple and peach cobbler which was fantastic. Price was reasonable and worth it for me to drive a bit further from the client site I was visiting. Will definitely stay here again. read more

Location is easy to find, right off the highway. The service was outstanding from the front desk to the Bistro. Rooms were clean and I loved the view of the small creek at the rear of the hotel. I would recommend this location. read more

This was our first stay at Courtyard Marriot. We usually do not stay anywhere but Hampton inn.. This was the closest hotel to our destination so we figured why not and give it a try. The tv connection was horrible, took us 30 mins messing with the wires to get the tv going. (Still did not work well) WiFi connection was bad and the comforters in our room were dull like they have been here for years, and the beds were nowhere near as soft as the beds from the hamptons. we woke up with back pain! To make everything worse we found hair from the previous guest on the shower floor!! Last but not least, the bistro. We purchased our breakfast with the hotel, thought it would be a buffet (like the hampton) unfortunately, it was not. In fact, we had a small list of things we can choose from that made us very disappointed. All in all our stay was horrible and we expected ALOT more. read more
