I honestly don't know where to begin with our experience with Flowers by Jena Paige, except to say…read morethat it was one of the most stressful and disappointing parts of our entire wedding -- and that's something no couple should ever have to deal with. Unfortunately, we were locked in with Jena Paige due to her being the exclusive florist for our venue. From the very beginning, communication was chaotic. I spoke to her over the course of 3 fifteen minute phone calls the entire in which I was constantly being interrupted. She would promise to attend meetings and then simply never show up, with no explanation. Every attempt to get clarity felt like pulling teeth. Instead of being a supportive vendor during an already emotional process, she was often combative, dismissive, and, at times, outright rude. She even argued with my mother **on the morning of my wedding**, which is the last thing any bride should have to deal with on that day. It was devastating. And then came the actual flowers -- the part we were trusting her with the most. We received **wilted, dead florals**, pink flowers we explicitly said we did *not* want, arrangements that were **tiny, dense, and not at all what we paid for**, and in some cases, pieces that were simply **missing**. We had no backup option because she was the exclusive florist for our venue, and she did not deliver the quality, professionalism, or product we were promised. What makes this even more painful is that I had reached out time and time again to both the Venue and Jena to convey my worry and lack of confidence in receiving what was ordered and we were still wildly disappointed. When we reached out privately to have a reasonable conversation about these issues, she denied everything -- every concern, every discrepancy, every missing item. Your florist should make your wedding more beautiful, not more stressful. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite, and I would strongly caution other couples to think carefully before trusting this vendor with something so important.

Huge, huge thank you to Jena at Flowers by Jena Paige for the awesome service and beautiful…read moreflowers. I had reached out to her late on a Friday evening (on Valentine's day, none-the-less) about sending my Mom some flowers for birthday the following Monday. The whole process couldn't have been easier to coordinate from Southern California. Jena absolutely nailed the arrangement and my Mom was so happy with her flowers, especially the variety and uniqueness. Her exact reaction was "Wow!!!!!!" Thanks again, Jena, for going above and beyond and helping me out. You are very good at what you do!

If I could give NO STARS I would! How many ways can I say…read morethey are the flower shop from HE--...well, you get my drift. My first experience was a delivery to my office made after hours even the sender specified the time the office closed. The delivery was met the cleaning staff, who in turn placed them on my desk (which after 15 hours of heat) caused said "flowers" (and I use that term loosely) to be very wilted. Upon my arrival, I was met with this broken, ill-prepared vase of "whodunnit". The flowers looked nothing like what was on the order nor did they look comparable. They said they would do them over but I would have wait a day because they were busy. When they came it was another bunch of MESS...I sent them back and go a 3rd bunch of mess. Finally, they refunded the sender. Faster forward to 4 years later almost to the day as it was my birthday then as well....HAPPY BIRTHDAY to me...now listen to this gift. Today, on my birthday, I miss a call which I returned. It was a delivery man from Valley Florist. He told me that he just delivered flowers to my home with no one there and that they are sitting in front of my house (at 9:15am on a Friday). When I advised him that was unacceptable as I was at work and usually do not return until late and TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY. He told they were not responsible for the fact that no one was home and I quote "haven't you ever gotten a UPS package? Do you ask them not to leave the package?" I said, Well as of matter of fact, yes I do. Especially when I know that it could get stolen. He told me that it wasn't his problem and I did not have to use them if I didn't like it! I called the location for 2 hours after and received voicemail that is full...I guess I am up that creek without a paddle in the SOL boat! *shrugs shoulders and walks off annoyed* Oh and I still don't know what these flowers look like cuz I am at work! Happy Birthday to me! (also I clearly am not in San Fran...)
