I honestly don't know where to begin with our experience with Flowers by Jena Paige, except to say that it was one of the most stressful and disappointing parts of our entire wedding -- and that's something no couple should ever have to deal with. Unfortunately, we were locked in with Jena Paige due to her being the exclusive florist for our venue. From the very beginning, communication was chaotic. I spoke to her over the course of 3 fifteen minute phone calls the entire in which I was constantly being interrupted. She would promise to attend meetings and then simply never show up, with no explanation. Every attempt to get clarity felt like pulling teeth. Instead of being a supportive vendor during an already emotional process, she was often combative, dismissive, and, at times, outright rude. She even argued with my mother **on the morning of my wedding**, which is the last thing any bride should have to deal with on that day. It was devastating. And then came the actual flowers -- the part we were trusting her with the most. We received **wilted, dead florals**, pink flowers we explicitly said we did *not* want, arrangements that were **tiny, dense, and not at all what we paid for**, and in some cases, pieces that were simply **missing**. We had no backup option because she was the exclusive florist for our venue, and she did not deliver the quality, professionalism, or product we were promised. What makes this even more painful is that I had reached out time and time again to both the Venue and Jena to convey my worry and lack of confidence in receiving what was ordered and we were still wildly disappointed. When we reached out privately to have a reasonable conversation about these issues, she denied everything -- every concern, every discrepancy, every missing item. Your florist should make your wedding more beautiful, not more stressful. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite, and I would strongly caution other couples to think carefully before trusting this vendor with something so important. read more

I have had the pleasure of using Flowers By Jena Paige a number of times and have never been disappointed! Located in the heart of Downingtown, parking is typically easy enough at the rear of the building where they have a convenient little lot if you need to do a small or large pick up. The flowers are always fresh and absolutely beautiful. Each occasion that I've used Flowers By Jena Paige I had called in before hand and have never had an issue with arranging pick-up, even if it was a last minute event. I live in San Jose, CA, far from my family in Pennsylvania :-( My folks live in Downingtown -- and each year I send my mother flowers and a gift card to her and my fathers favorite restaurant. I do this for Mother's Day. This year, as opposed to purchasing a flower arrangement from a larger corporation (i.e. 1-800 - FLOWERS), I decided to support a local Downingtown business. I love small business owners, and as I age, I truly care that my money goes to great people, places and things. With that said, Mrs. Paige and her team came through for me and my mother. My mother has had a particularly rough few years, so the little things really matter to her (and me). I ordered my mother the Queen B, and it was sensational -- she posted the arrangement on Facebook to show her "girls" and was over the moon. When an individual or business is respectful, thoughtful and follows-through on their promise -- that is the type of individual I want to spend my time with, and business I want to spend my money at! I have used Flowered by Jena Paige twice now! The first for Prom flowers, and they loved the added details of the black sequence wristlet (which I notice and loved I always hated the plain white elastic) and the ribbons added also were lovely. The next time I called and spoke with a lovely young woman, (not Jenna but I am forgetting her name) and placed an order for flowers to be delivered to our youngest in the family who graduated and was receiving an award, and she assisted me with figuring out what flowers to send and I only gave the directions of ("Bright, happy ,Sunny Flowers! Yeah I was not really sure what to say so I went broad!¿) the flowers were delivered in a lovely Vase and were a great mix of flowers! Booking Jena as my florist was such an easy decision. After our first consultation, we knew we wanted to book with her. She already felt like a friend! She made the planning process so easy and stress-free. Having known little about flowers and not willing to spend a ton on my wedding, Jena helped me design amazing bouquets and floral arrangements for my church and venue at such a reasonable price! I received so many compliments! My one friend's mom stopped by my house as we were getting ready and saw the bridesmaid's bouquets. She thought they were the table centerpieces because how pretty they were! When I told her they were for the bridesmaids she responded "Oh my gosh! Those are gorgeous! That must have cost a fortune!" But my little secret is that it really didn't! Jena is just that good. A few days prior to the wedding I sent her a photo of a wedding cake with real flowers on it and asked her if she'd be able to pop some on mine. She exceeded my expectations! My daughter's prom was yesterday. I ordered her flowers more than one month ago and spend a good amount of time with the florist coming up with a design to match my daughter's dress. The dress is navy with large flowers of pink and white. Only one shade of pink. They kept showing me flowers and all were off and not what I wanted. We decided to have the bouquets only have the pink peonies that matches the color of the flowers in her dress. I was shocked when I picked the flowers up an hour before pictures and there was one peony (in the correct color) and all the other flowers in there were the ones they showed me and I declined. To add insult to injury the one filler flower was wilted and brown. The roses that they did use had a brownish shade towards the end and the same with the boutinierre and that rose looked like someone put it on its top and smushed in on a counter. For over $70 I expected more. I cannot imagine using this place if I were getting married and spending a fortune depending on my desire and theme. Totally disappointing. I wish I could load my pictures up for all to see. read more

Disappointed! I had seen pictures of other prom bouquets that looked great so I decided to give them a try. I ordered a bouquet and boutonniere for my daughter's prom and when I picked up the flowers, half of them were brown around the edges and they looked dead. They did replace a few of them at my request, but overall it was too expensive to be in that condition. I cared for the flowers as they told me and at pictures there were already petals coming off of my daughter's bouquet and the filler they used around the boutonniere was wilted before they left for prom. This is not my first time purchasing prom flowers and I think I will order from others in the area from now on. read more

Jena and her team are incredible! The arrangements they create are truly beautiful! I've known Jena for years and the work she's produced is nothing like I've seen before. Most recently, in the winter, I asked Jena to put together a cemetery blanket for a loved one's grave. I did not give her a date as to when I needed it by, however, she had it done within a day. Her prices are reasonable, her arrangements are unique and beautiful and her store is filled with lots of great add-ons. I'd recommend Flowers by Jena Paige to anyone. read more

Jena was great to work with! We used Flowers by Jena Paige for our bouquets and boutineers (our venue is pretty elaborately decorated, so we were advised against flowers for centerpieces). Unlike most of the other florists I spoke with, Jena was willing to schedule an initial discussion with me over the phone and did not require an in-person consultation, which was a huge plus for me. On our initial call, when I gave her my ideal budget for the bouquets, which was dramatically lower than the quotes other florists posted on their pages, she was more than willing to make it work. Because I know absolutely nothing about flowers, I was pretty clueless through most of the planning process, but Jena walked me through each step and helped me develop a bouquet that fit my vision while still staying below the price point I gave her. Delivery to our hotel was very easy to coordinate and was reasonably priced. The bouquets turned out BEAUTIFUL and I got a ton of compliments at the wedding. After the wedding, I dried a bunch of them and have them in mason jars in my office and around my apartment, which helps me relive the beauty of the wedding day over and over again.
