It was a bumpy start but I commend companies that work hard to make sure you are satisfied before they call it complete. If we didn't have a number of hiccups in the beginning I think this would have been a five star review due to their dedication and the way the finished product looks. My advice would be to make sure the designer measures again before the final install date and I highly recommend paying extra for the baseboard addition that makes it look more finished. I didn't know that was an option initially and once it was added it made a world of difference. Also get a jewelry drawer, a tie rack, and a belt rack. They are worth the splurge.

He said it was fine and booked the appointment. It's been over two weeks and I've been waiting patiently. Well, tonight, with my appointment scheduled tomorrow morning, I got a text about my appointment asking if they could push it down an hour. I let them know that it is fine and when I gave them my address they said I am too far out of their area. I'm surprised they wouldn't go a little farther for a customer, especially when I was told they would. I have two different homes in need of cabinet shelving, one just 20 minutes away and then the other one 1 hour away. They didn't want my business, because they weren't interested in coming to either of my homes. I understand having boundaries for a business, but when you are given false information, where is the customer service? I own a small business and I would honor something, even if it's slightly inconvenient. They could charge a travel fee. They should honor the appointment since I let them know upfront of my locations. Now I've wasted two weeks of time that I could have been working with a different company. Very disappointing.
